Rahul is talking on the phone then then disconnects. Everyone greets each other and Kailash offers for drink before dinner. Priya is in her thought and is removing the lipstick mark. Kunal gets a call and he leaves.
Rishab is sitting with Shekhar and the Dr. A few dialogues does on.
Kunal is talking to Marva. He tells Marva to call Rishab in an hour and refuse for the contract. At the same time Rahul will leave. This will show that Rahul is involved. Kunal's wife is listening to everything and doesn't like it.
Raman is having dinner with Meera and remembering old days. They discuss about there family.
Rahul and Priya are leaving. Kunal thnx Rahul for accepting and coming for the dinner and then gives him a gift. Rahul and Priya where leaving when Marva arrives and Rahul is suspicious.
Break.
Rishab is playing snooker when Marva calls him and informs him that he is not interested in the deal for the time being. A heating argument goes on when Kunal disconnects the call. Rishab is very angry and he throws his drink which lands near Priya and Rahul's feet. Both are shocked when Rishab looks at the gift in Rahul's hand with Kharbanda's name on it. Rishab misbehaves and Rahul tells Priya to go to her room. Priya leaves and Rahul and Rishab stand face to face.
Break
Rahul requests Rishab to act like an elder brother and don't push him to take a drastic step. Rishab calls Rahul a "Ghaddar". He blames Rahul for delaying the deal so tht the Kharbandas can get the contract. Rahul challenges Rishab that he will bring the contract for the Lamba's and then leaves.
