| How did you enter the television world?
I have done a course from AAFT, Noida. There I learnt acting and then I came to Mumbai for work. It is here that I entered the television world. What are your current projects on TV?
Right now I am doing Virasaat. Though there are a lot of other projects under consideration,
I haven't finalsed on any other yet. What kind of roles would you like to play?
I would love to portray women oriented roles. It shouldn't be the Saas- Bahu types. It should be a medium through which I can reach out to the audiences. A character that people can learn from and can relate to easily. What are your hobbies?
I love dancing. I have learnt Kathak and have done short courses from Shamak Davar's classes.
I have studied Vastu Shastra. I enjoy studying people's homes and anylising it for them. What kind of movies do you like to watch?
I like comedies a lot. As an actor I know that bringing out comedy on screen is the most difficult job. Comedy movies are something I really enjoy watching. The happiest moment so far in your life is…
It was just a couple of days back when my institute, AAFT, awarded me as the best student. I received a trophy with a lot of honour from the students and the teachers of the institute. It was such a good feeling to know that they are proud of me. Apart from acting, what else would like to do?
If there is anything apart from acting that I would like to get into, it would be being a colour therapist. |
