Rohit Roy was ecstatic when he got the chance to flirt with his dream car on the sets of Viraasat

A man is known by the car he keeps. A car freak that he is, actor Rohit Roy's happiness knew no bounds when he actually got to flirt with one of his dream cars on the sets of Viraasat.

Rohit, who plays Rahul Lamba in Ravi Chopra's mega serial Viraasat is often seen driving a stylish Mercedes in the show. Not many know that Rohit drools over this car. Reason? Rohit says, "It is a Mercedes 500 SEL, which is expensive and certainly one of the most desirable models one could ask for."

Ask him what he finds so stunning about the car and pat comes the reply, "It is a Mercedes and that too a convertible." Rohit has an interesting story to narrate about his experience on the sets of Viraasat. "When I saw the car the first time, I was spellbound by its beauty. It's a premium high-end car – a dream machine. I am quite lucky that Raviji not only gave me the lead role in the serial but also his car as a bonus. He has even promised that whenever he decides to sell his car, he will give me a call."

Meanwhile, Rohit is using the car to his heart's content. "Whenever there is time on the sets, I just get in to the car and drive around Film City. It offers empty roads and a chance to speed. In fact, the other day, when it was raining heavily, I went out for a drive. Priyadarshan, who was shooting in Film City was surprised to see someone driving in the rains. He laughed when he realised it was me. I am looking forward to a shooting scheduled on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Riding this car on the expressway will be heavenly."

Rohit has recently bought a Toyota Camary, the latest launch in the international market.
