Yesterday, there was a program in my house to celebrate the birth of my cousin's daughter, the family members from my Bhabhi's side also came and one of her sister said what will be her gender, it's 2024 and we should not say she is a girl when she clearly is, I said she is a girl then she commented how could I forget it's a jaat family you don't have the right and I was like bro these American people don't even know the map of their own country and talks about deciding their gender, don't follow this bullshit just because it sounds cool, how will you say she is a boy?? Will declaring her as a boy make her free from periods or would it change the fact that she can give birth someday which a boy definitely can't do?? Being a girl is such a taboo nowadays, that if she is a girl she needs to change her gender to challenge patriarchy, what kind of nonsense we are teaching to our kids??
