Shitmanyu Girela did and even if divorce doesn't happen by signing the papers, it is wrong to keep it prepared without telling it to your partner, it's also a kind of cheating, and I don't have more strength to argue why Shitmanyu Girela is a Girela person, everyone with a common sense would understand the why here
