A person can file a lot of cases like emotional and mental harassment, even cruelty etc.

Why will you keep a divorce papers prepared at home if everything was fine and you weren't planning to separate and other spouse didn't knew about it.

Is divorce illegal? Whether papers are at home or he got them home through someone.. how does it matter?
