Yash and Yuvika both get verbal approval from Mr. Shinoy. After exiting Mr. Shinoy's house Yash offers Yuvika a lift as it was about get dark after his car is delivered to him. Yuvika declines the offer and proceeds to find someone else to give her a lift. Yash waits till she finds a life from a distance without letting her know. After she finds a lift she starts his car and heads towards his home.

Yash's heart pain gets extreme and he passes out.

After some time when he returns home, he sees Shalini waiting for him. He tells her that he doesn't remember much about his return journey. This makes Shalini more worried. Then she reminds him that even though he did the right thing by waiting for Yuvika to get into a cab, he should never forget that she is their enemy. She advices him to follow his mind whenever there is a conflict between his heart and mind.

The next day Akshat sends Yash the viral video of Yuvika which upsets him. But he doesn't understand why is he getting upset like that. Than he orders one his staffs to find the IP address of video.

After finding the IP address Yash calls Yuvika to tell her about it but gets bewildered when she starts blaming him for the spreading the video. She tells him she will settle the scores and cuts the call. Yash sits in his office and thinks why he is feeling bad about Yuvika misunderstanding him. Then he decides to go and fix this in person. But on his way he gets a call from a his mother who is crying. She tells him that Bhanu Pratap went to their house and insulted them. His mother's tear makes Yash angry and he changes his plans to clear the misunderstanding and take revenge in stead.

Yash has his staff send a fake mail to Yuvika pretending to be Mr. Shinoy and asking her to meet him immediately with the papers. She falls for it and goes there immediately. When she was waiting there he sends a man, who cooks up a story and requests Yuvika to give Mr. Shinoy a package. After that leaving the man calls Yash to let him know that the job is done. Yash then promises that he will make Yuvika's life a living hell.

Yash is informed by one of his staff that the they have successfully deleted the mail from Yuvika's mail box. (To make it look like that she was lying to Mr. Shinoy.) This makes Yash uncomfortable and he gets a pain in his chest. His employee gets concerned and asks if he is okay. He says he is and tells him to leave. After that he receives the pictures of Yuvika getting framed for bribery. This stresses him out more and he faints.

Later when Bhanu Pratap tries to convince Mr. Shinoy that Yuvika is innocent, Mr. Shinoy gets a calls from someone who introduces themselves as a Shubh Chintak of Yuvika and tells him that she is innocent. That person is revealed to be Yash.

Later that night, Shalini brings the unconscious Yash home.

Shalini reveals that she knows Yash's donor is none other than Neil. (Based on the fact that Neil died the same night Yash's surgery took place and Yash has become sympathetic towards Yuvika.

She also reveals that she had sent a man follow Yash when he was returning after meeting Mr. Shinoy. The man told her that it was Yash who saved Yuvika from the r*pists and took her home. And when she talked to Yash after he returned she realized that he didn't remember anything. She says that Yash's brain is taking the backseat whenever their is a conflict between his brain and heart which is why he is having these blackouts.

The next day Yash wakes up without any recollection of how he got home. Shalini tells him that his office staff called her and informed her that Yash had fainted. She tells him that the doctor has said this is just some post heart transplant complications. Then she shows him the news of Mahajans' license getting suspended due to the bribery issue. She manipulates him into thinking that it was who leaked the news when it was actually her who did it. This makes Yash confused as he can't remember anything.

The doctor comes to perform a check up. Yash tells him about the blackouts. The doctor tells him that there could be a number of reason for this. Such as the side effects of medicines. (The most logical explanation ). He tells Yash to to keep a track record of the black outs.

Later that night Yash remembers about Yuvika being framed for bribery and that makes him upset.

The next day Yash sees in the news that Yuvika has managed to get the charges against her dropped. This makes him happy.
