Lol. Arjun was a detective and a special forces officer. In that show the Protagonist Arjun and Rathod were best friends. Rathod's sister was married to Arjun. She was killed by the villain. So the show started with a revenge mission.

The police chief told arjun that help us in regular cases and I will help you in finding killer of your wife. But the show never worked in that direction. Instead they brought a new girl for him. The actress was so bad she left in a month or so. And they killed her character in a bomb blast. The actress hardly came in shows after that.

Then they brought another girl for lead. She was a kind of newbie actress that time who is a superstar now. Mrunal Thakur. The story was going good but Mrunal had to leave because she got role in Ekta Show. So the directors decided to kill her as well in a bomb blast. But rather than getting a new girl this time barring arjun every team member was killed in that blast.

They tried to revamp story. Didn't work. So ended the show on an open ending like Phir Hera Pheri Movie .

The last scene showed the Police Chief told himhe has found clues to the main villain and gives him some papers.

The hero sits in a vehicle and show ends.

This was such a sad song that always used to got me sad in real.

The wife was the friend not sister.

The first girl was not a bad actress, she left due to health reasons. She had formerly acted in IPKKND.

Damn. I recently watched an episode of CID where they were taking care of a baby together and it looked so good. ITV wasted a goldmine. Could have made these two a power couple cop and have thier own series or just keep this as an undercurrent.

Before I didn't get what you guys meant but watching that episode and then this reel made me get what you guys were talking.

I always thought she was the sister. Any episode where you could point out this? I remember she was sister.

Also I am not an itv rookie or someone who doesn't know. I was trying to explain in as general terms as possible to spandan because he has no knowledge.

To me Sana was very weak in acting too. I guess she was weak physically then too. But returned few years later in Khatron ke Khiladi. Must have worked on her health.

The very first flashback scene mentioned it clearly. Can’t recall the episode number but will send for sure.

Yes, she worked a lot on her health a lot. I find her still struggling in her craft at times, especially dancing.

Though I did not watch Arjun regularly but I am aware of that show....

I also did not like Sana that much...

But I love Mrinal Thakur soo much......she was soo good in love Sonia...with her speech and body language,so much raw and real...

Then in SeethaRamam she became my girl crush as Sita

Waise there is a Trivia in Arjun . When you will reach towards the end 30/40 episodes, They will introduce 2 friends of arjun. One girl and one boy. Played by Rohit and Sheena. This show was thier first meet and that's how they become a couple. Show got off air soon but these 2 got together because of it.

Just checking on Hotstar after Jasoos question I saw this. I remembered Rohit was there but no Sheena.

It's been a decade and she still doesn't know how to act.

I don't think that show did anything substantial for them in terms of career but they were destined to meet... that's why they did that show....
