Yeah Cevdet made a huge sacrifice for his country, the way the emotion and the tough battle Cevdet had to face was portrayed was so well done. Hilal-Leon surely turned out to be most understanding couple thats another reason I loved them especially Leon’s immense love for Hilal. I told my friend they are the only teen couple I liked

Yargi is just too many episodes wont watch it this year maybe next year

Yeah it seemed like the parents supported leon with yildiz and hilal ending up with another revolutionary made sense but there was more conflict with hileon lol the girl shot him to save her brother lol this is why I like AsLaz from yabani they have the similar enemies to lovers and interconnected through their siblings drama lol

See ali kemal and yildiz knew from childhood he was adopted so there was a difference with his feelings for both sisters but by the time yildiz realized her feelings ali kemal found his real family and left. Yeah miray and that guy dated lol I think he is known to be problematic guy. He ended up working in cukur where miray's cousin Aras was the main lead lol even now kublay guy is talked about his relationships lol

Yakub lol yeah but he was also a spy so he was good at his job poor guy got forced into marrying yildiz coz of cevdet lol Hileon had to grow up before their time but they were lucky coz I worried the writers might have offed one of them in the end lol

Yargi is worth the watch first season is them falling in love and going through a lot of death and drama, second is them as a couple dealing with a lot of drama and third season is about them as a family. I feel the same way about watching cukur but in that the problem is lots of episodes and so many characters dying lol

hmm its not a bad idea but the problem is that there arent many turkish drama fans on this forum . unless maybe there can be a thread on asking if they one a seperate thread for specific shows. even for overall thread there isnt many activity so i dont know if it will work.

For me KPA was more a show about twists and turns and less of a romance drama. Yeah right, the twist and turns was the reason I liked this drama Omer and Elif well it really took me time to connect to their chemistry, I like them wont deny that but it took me time I think Omer actually looks good with Ipek too But too bad Ipek made a bad decision. I felt bad for Ipek as she got killed

Fatih was so much smarter than Omer like he always has some sort of backup plan somehow! His character also had different shades and not typical. I was engaged in his and Nilufer’s story too, but i didnt like he cheated on Nilufer though it was a one night thing! And Fatih was funny too I was surprised to know he is the same guy who played Sah Sultan’s bodyguard in Magnificent Century cause he looked soooo different back then!

They gave a great ending for the second couples and like how they were starting a family like Fatih-Nilufer(I m glad at least they got this ending) and Pelin-Arda, but they didnt show that for Omer-Elif?!! Omer and Elif’s lame ending made no sense to me

Mert turned out to be the nicest guy in the show! At first they showed him as a stalking boyfriend but turns out he was really nice! I ship Fatih-Nilufer but felt a lil bad for Mert’s one sided love, but good for him he got Demet who will at least love him too!

Ibrahim was a twist I didnot like. I would rather he remained loyal. But I guess it was to show how loyal Hurrem was. I felt like Hurrem needed to evolve to survive otherwise she and her children would have been long dead. This was a very good season.

Kosem lost its charm for me after Anastasia left, I agree something was missing after that.

I didn't watch Murad's story. Lost interest after that.

They had to show Ibrahim this way cause they had to align with history! Too bad I really liked the bonding he and Suleiman but Ibrahim then went on tje wrong way I also didnt like how they show Ibrahim as a disloyal husband, it even spoiled Nigar’s character too. Yeah it is understandable why would Hurrem do certain things, but I just didnt like what she did to Mustafa who never really wanted to harm her. Mustafa was my fav character in Magnificent Century , I felt so bad the way Suleiman misunderstood him to an extent he didnt spare his life. Again that was to align with history. But as per real history, Musfafa wasnt as nice as he was portrayed in the show, he wasnt that close to his half siblings too unlike the show.

About Kosem my fav character there was Ahmed. I will rank Murad in terms of acting 1st and Ahmed 2nd, but Murad’s character was too cruel and dark. The reason I love Ahmed character was because he was different from all the other Sultans, he was more merciful. And also considering that era, he was the only green flag Sultan in Magnificent Century and Kosem In Magnificent Century, Sehzade Mehmet was the green flag too bad he died too early, he was Suleiman’s fav son

I must say they catsed the right actresses for Yildiz and Hilal. Yildiz went on her mother and Hilal went on her father. I actually like Tolga Saritas also, he was in Soz and MC. I like Tolga and Aybuke’s chemistry though I have not watched Soz properly but its in my list to watch from start till end.

I also recently found out but I can see the resemblance lol Yeah I think I saw a scene of him as one of the princes lol Yeah casting the right actors in families is important lol I have only seen tolga in ariza I heard about soz but it felt like it was really long and ppl getting shot all the time lol

Yes Kaan played emir in ks lol I always felt the endless love or hat was more between his character and the other guy lol going by the ending it made sense lol the same writer who wrote ks also made yargi hence both her shows winning emmys.
