Anyone here watched any show of Beren Saat? One of her popular show is What is Fatmagul’s fault?. (Few years ago Star plus came with Indian version of it named Kya Kasoor Amla Ka)

I heard the actress Beren is quite popular. I am watching Kosem these days, well she is decent but apparently a lot of people didn’t like her in Kosem’s role(maybe cause she was a replacement). I didnt watch her other shows so I have no idea about her acting skills.

I actually liked the male lead Ekin Koc who played the role of Sultan Ahmed more than her in the Kosem show.

Recently there was a show on Sony which is an adaption of a Turkish show too.

Katha Ankahee staring Aditi Sharma is an adaption of One Thousand and One Nights (Binbir Gece).

The male lead in Binbir Gece is actually the same guy who played the role of Sultan Suleiman.

It’s a pretty long series, I skipped in between anything not related to them as couple😅🫣

@Bold: Have to agree. I’m not normally a fan of this much facial hair and long hair in men but this guy makes it work , and not just that - I’ve seen other pictures of his, and he looks sexier here than any other look. I've been watching just random Can and Sanem scenes , maybe I’ll give this series a try.

Well this time I want to know opinion about two Turkish show.

I saw the trailer of Atiye which is on Netflix starring Beren Saat and Mehmet Gunsur. It looks interesting, plus it has actors from the Magnificent Century series

Is it actually good?

Another show I want to know about is Wounded Love which is starring, Halit Ergenc, Boran Kuzum and Miray Daner. Halit and Boran are from MC too

Haven't watched atiye but wounded love or vatanim sensin is a really good historical show based on the turkey and greece conflict and is focused on the city of Izmir. My fav couple was boran and miray's pair hilal and leon who play star crossed lovers cos she is turkish and he is a greek soldier as well as the son of the guy in charge of the city. The main couple is hilals parents but her and leon get really good tracks. Its two seasons long so be prepared lol

Yeah I did some research on that show. I came across some HiLeon shorts in Youtube, and I started shipping them a lot Their chemistry is amazing! Well I have Magnificent Century series which has like 100+ episodes and each epi is almost 1 and half hours long so this should be fine. I m watching Kosem now, and have I think 12-14 epis left,then I will watch Wounded Love.

The main couple is the guy who played Suleiman and his real life wife(also the same lead as Binbir Gece). Halit is a brilliant actor, I became a fan of his work cause of the Suleiman series. I came across their first season scenes on youtube someone had put eng subs for it too lol Though I used to speak turkish as a kid the subs did help lol I tried watching those historical shows about the Ottomans but you know all of them are gonna get whacked in the end lol good luck with kosems ending lol yes halit and his wife were the parents, their story was too angsty for me like for being parents of grown kids they were so annoying sometimes lol

Miray and Boran did a webseries later but currently boran came in an amazon movie based on the book that created that ask e memnu show that made beren saat famous. Miray is in a mafia show its gonna have a second season. I sometimes watch its clips.

Currently I am watching a show about two lawyers called Yargi ( the judgement) which is amazing. It even won an international emmy. Another show I watch for a couple is Yabani I like the secondary couple in that, its more like a family drama with young people all connected to one guy who is the main lead.
