Was Abhi Right in lieing to Ria ??

Today Abhi again to handle the situation and for not breaking Ria's hope lied to her that Rukmani have no problem with her wearing Salwar Suits . He convinces her by saying that She just needs to wear Sarries for one month as she is new bride . And if Ria does that Then she will win her Heart .

Was Abhi right in lieing to Ria ? Was he right when he thought that he needs some time to convince Rukmani about this Sari thing and On other side he didn't want to break Ria's hope as well ?

Today I supported his stance completely and I can't call it a lie as he tried quite a bit too to reason out with his mom who was unwilling to budge and brought Sheetal too into the picture...thus it is the start of a comparison game ...I think.

This was the only way he could get Ria not to ask for liberties with respect to dressing for at least a month.

He also added that she looked hot in it and said he would have married her earlier had he seen her in a saree before marriage...

He is a smart, caring and understanding person and is being patient to try and balance out things...but soon will voice himself...to both the ladies...

Well Said Di & I fully agree with u 👍🏼 . Yes Abhi tried his best to sort out the situaitons but koi kya karein jab baat ghar ki shanti ki aa jaaye , & he uneccessarily didn't want to drag his Sheetal Bhabhi in it too plus didn't want Ria to loose hope too , So best option was that only what he did .

Yes he is Clever and Smart and very very matured . And I also think that Soon this becoming sandwitch between Ria And his mother will make him rude and arrogant and will change him .

The way it goes Rukmini does not even want to come close to accepting Ria. She seems to be on the war path. And she has a set of rules and has her own ideas about how a bahu should be and how she should behave etc.

it is not about pyaar between Ria and Abhi Rukmini does not accept the couple choosing each other.

She wants to choose the bahu and does not ask the opinion of Abhi. Under these circumstances Abhi has convinced his mom to accept Ria .

Now leave alone Abhi lying to Ria about the salwar suit matter Ria should have made her guesses right looking at Sheetal bhabhi. She should have known how people feel about anything in this house. And the house runs on Rukmini's rules . Rukmini who is hell bent on not accepting Ria and hell bent on showing Ria who is the "boss" That being so bringing the phone up to dining table and then even after Abhi trying to convey to her to keep quiet Ria goes on and on talking to Abhi ignoring his glances.

Soon she has to tell her Sasumaa the truth about her being a doctor and her job.

Making matters worse she walks out after making kheer when her mil and Dadi are waiting in the dining table and goes to see off Abhi at the door.

The house and its rules make it difficult for a person like Ria to live there. Of course she loves Abhi. But her Sasumaa is hell bent on being against Ria

I think Ria should feel and understand the state of matters in her in laws house. It is stifling to be like that. So naturally the suffocation point will surface in spite of the "love" marriage.

But I don't see any fault in Ria if she wants to voice out her opinion nicely . As far as her adjusting is concerned She is new Bride in the house , She naturally will need time to cope up with environment of Maheshwari Family which is totally opposite of her own home where she spend her so many yrs since childhood . Still sheagrees to wear Saari when Abhi explains her . She is trying to accept her inlaws like every new bride but yes She will need some time . It's not easy to adjust with Such Disciplined Family who have numerous rules and regulations for each and everything .
