Ria's Character

I wrote this in Sandia's post . Thought to make one as Separate post .

I guess I might be the only one who likes Ria . My reasons are different of liking her . I agree that She overreacts sometimes But U can't expect her to be calm after knowing that Abhi didn't even tell her that he is going to forward her photograph through marriage agent . Any Girl would get hurt to know that her partner wants to turn up this love marriage to arrange marriage . She is not wrong in her place But yes She should atleast hear to Abhi's POV as well . Like U said Sandia that It's not right to break up everytime . Yes U can get angry on him But Saying again & again that U are ending ur relationship is not correct .

Secondly , And Actually my reason for liking her is that After ages I got one female lead who have flaws . Last Female Lead I actually loved was Ragini from Bidaai . Other than her Everyone was made Mahaan Female leads which I always disliked . Noone is perfect And So showing Female Lead flawed is not any crime And I am happy that Both Abhi-Ria have their own flaws which Like One member said here that It would make their relationships strong and Interesting as well . The show is all about that .

Point taken Moni but don't you think she should be a little more mature, being a doctor by profession. And the way her parents are always involved, don't you think some moments and issues should be private? I know they are trying to make it as real as possible but those types of scenes are irritating..

Ria as a doctor is amazing but a a lover she firstly doubts to quickly she
is someone that gets easily influenced by others talks , one can easily plant a seed of doubt in her mind she already doubts Abhi .
I understand as a doctor she is matured but when it comes to her
relationship she tends to be more immature in her acts , saying the relationship must end that is just taking one's partner for granted .
Ria hould not over react about marriage agent handing her photo to Abhi' family as she knows already Abhi explained love marriages is a big no
he should be happy about it .
I sometimes do feel Abhi loves Ria more while she says she loves him
I find her confusing at times , like the day she throw her ring and when Abhi came to her she turns her face okay fine he ha right to be angry with
but not disrespect his love .
Sandia's flower girl should fall in love with Abhi

Personally I do like Riya too - she's realistic, believes strongly in her own views and doesn't walk around making sacrifices for everyone. In fact, I hope she remains like this and doesn't change into a typical bahu as the show progresses...

Ofcourse I think that Lisa . She have to be mature if she wants to keep his married life successful & happy . But thatzz what I am saying that She is unexperienced right now when it comes to maintaining the relationship with Abhi , I know She spend whole 1 yr with Abhi ...even confessed her love to Abhi So defo sheshould trust him and should be mature But I am sure As the time will pass and she will begin her married life she will correct herself and with time she will mature too in maintaining the relationship with Abhi .I know Abhi too is unexperienced when it comes to maintaining his love life But still he is very mature in comparison to Ria But than think this way too naa that He have more relationships to maintain , he have a full joint family , He had been grown like that . But In case of Ria there is a nuclear family with just her and her Parents So Obviously Maturity will be more from Abhi's side . As far as Ria telling everything to her Parents is concerned , Well I think thatzz something personal . Their family is been shown Open minded where She can talk her heart with her parents as She don't have any Sibling with whom she can share her pain or anything else . She doesn't see them as their parents but more as Friends And So She tells everything to them , And this is the matter of her whole Life , about her marriage ..So Her telling her pain to her parents is not wrong according to me .

But I can understand why the audience feels frustrated... Because if she was more understanding, and didn't involve her parents so much things would run smoother and would be more delightful to watch...

Exactly !! She is a normal girl and reacts according to a real Normal Girl . And I am liking this only in her . Even I don't want her to change into a typical bahu who are nothing but just mhaan Souls woh are far from reality and are goddesses of sacrifices 🥱

But Like everyone saying I also want her to be little mature , Atleast I want her to control her temper and think rationally before reacting .

No one is perfect...so we aren't expecting that, but all I need to say here is that in a relationship especially like love...you have made a choice and after having said the "magical words", it is a commitment that no matter what you will stand by your man/woman.

We find Abhi standing true to his word even though he is resorting to lies but Ria is dwindling...so that's what it is...

She should be sure of her feelings towards her love and re- assess its value in her life...

But YES I would too want Ria to be little mature especially after she gets married to Abhi . Atleast She will have to learn to control her temper And Above that She will have to learn what to speak and when and Not to speak or do anything without thinking rationally.
