Aanchal blows out the birthday candles as everyone sings Happy Birthday to You. She feeds them all a bit of cake and watches as everyone enjoys. Sudeep asks her how he likes the surprise and pulls her to the side and takes out her gift. Sudeep is disappointed at her lack of response and Aanchal asks him what was the need for all of this. Sudeep says that he has to express his love for her some way or another and Aanchal asks if he has gone crazy as she can't accept such an expensive gift. Sudeep starts to yell at her and creates a scene as everyone stares at them. He leaves from there in anger and Aanchal goes away.
She comes back and apologizes to her family for everything that happened.
Aayush is thinking about what his father said when Sid comes in and explains that Sachin is little and so it will take him time to understand this and it is his duty to try and keep them all happy. Aayush hugs Sid and Juhi gives him a hug as well. Aayush apologizes for being angry and Sid reassures him that nobody can take their mother's spot.
Mamiji comes into Aanchal's room while she's trying to sleep and sees her clutching onto the picture of Jaya. She takes it from Aanchal's hands and asks what this was. Aanchal explains to her about the surprise birthday party the kids threw for her and Sachin's request. Aanchal says he shouldnt call some outsider his mother and Dadiji and Chanchal are taking this the wrong way. She tells Mamiji exactly what happened. She gets upset again as she states that its because of her that their mother is gone. Mamiji tells her that she understands but she cant see Aanchal in this state and tells her she shouldnt go there anymore. Aanchal says that she has to and Mamiji asks her what she will do when Sachin calls her Teacher Maa.
