Part 1

Sid sits deep in thought, remembering Jaya.

The next morning, Dadaji sees Sid outside and asks him why he woke up so early. Sid says that he couldnt sleep all night because he had heard his and Dheeraj's conversation. Dadaji says he just wants Sid's happiness. Sid says there's no truth in this. Sid says he knows Aanchal is a nice girl but she's nothing more to him than his children's teacher. He goes on talking about her and says to leave the matter where it is, he is happy with Jaya's memories and he doesn't have room for anything else. He leaves from there, leaving Dadaji in thought. Sid goes upstairs and spends a moment in memory of his wife.

Dadiji is still confused with the accounts😆 She see's a word on the computer that stars with A-N-C and assumes its Aanchal's name😆😆 She calls Chanchal and Dheeraj and Dadaji come down to see what is wrong. Dadiji scolds them saying she knows Sid and Aanchal are together and Dheeraj gets mad at her, saying that she should learn her english before dealing with these things as Aanchal's name isn't written there. Dadaji tells Dheeraj to leave it and tells Dadiji that there's no use as Sid has told him the truth of the matter. Chanchal comforts Dadiji after the two leave.

Part 2

Aanchal comes in and asks Sid if it is ok if Manu comes to his factory. Sid agrees but then hesitates when Dadiji hears, and tells Aanchal that he'll have to talk to the manager.

Dadiji goes into her room and tells Dadaji that things are getting worse and Aanchal is bringing her family one by one into their family business and Sid overhears this. Dadaji gets mad at her and shuts the door, telling her she doesn't know how to talk. Sid is confused.

Dadaji comes down and overhears Sid discussing payment related issues and comes to know that Dadiji is not giving the factory's chequebook to Sid. Sid asks his father to not say anything as it was a small matter but Dadaji calls Dadiji down and demands to know why she isn't giving the chequebook to Sid.

Part 3

He tells her that their factory could be closed because of her and they'd end up on the streets because of nobody but herself. Dadiji calls Chanchal and tells her to bring the chequebook. Sid pays the amount. Dadiji gives him the laptop and says he should handle all the factory acounts as she won't be able to do it. Dadaji says he's happy she's finally understood that Sid handles the accounts well. Dadiji gives a smug look and says she always trust Sid, just not Aanchal and now she knows they can never trust her.
