Mamaji comes and tells Mamiji that he wrote a poem for her and reads it out to her. Mamiji tells him it's a bakwaas poem and Mamaji complains that she never praises him about anything. Aanchal comes and asks why they are arguing and Mamiji tells her how Mamaji wrote a bakwaas poem. Aanchal tells Mamaji that from then on, he should show her his poems for Mamiji so she can tell him if they're good or not and they agree.
Imli is cleaning and Dadiji is complaining. Chanchal comes and tells Dadiji that Aanchal is trying to take Jaya's spot and has finished all of Jaya's unfinished worked. Imli says that she will finish all her unfinished work. Dadiji sends her away. Chanchal then suggests what if Aanchal really ends up taking Jaya's spot. Dadiji is shocked and remembers what Aanchal had told her and how Sachin has taken a liking for her.
Aanchal walks in and Dadiji and Chanchal imagines Jaya in Aanchal's spot and are shocked. Dadiji tells Aanchal not to do more than she's asked to do. Aanchal is confused and Dadiji asks about the poem. Aanchal clarifies that she helped Aayush so he can take part in the poetry competition. Dadiji insults her and Aanchal says that coming to this house and taking care of the kids gives her peace.
A memory of Jaya and the kids are shown. Jaya is playing with the kids. She tells them that its her duty to play with them and take care of them. Dadiji tells her to fix food for the night and Jaya tells her that its her duty to teach the kids. Dadiji remembers this and remembers how Aanchal said the same thing. Chanchal asks her why she became quiet in front of Aanchal.
Aanchal walks in on Aayush practising his poem. He remembers how Aanchal had tried to help him with his pronounciation. He spots her and continues reading the poem. She tries helping him with the poem but he ignores her and says he's going to call Juhi and Sachin.
Sid tells Sachin to behave and wishes Dheeraj good luck for his exams. He calls Sudeep and asks to confirm for Sachin's appointment. Sudeep says he is very busy today and pretends that there is no room for any appointments. Sid says it's ok and says he'll come tomorrow. Sudeep puts the phone down and sees his other doctor at the door. She brings in a report and asks him why he lied to Sachin's father. Sudeep gets frustrated and doctor Sonali apologizes and leaves. Sudeep throws the papers on the floor, frustrated.
Chanchal is cleaning when she comes across an old photo album. She sees a photo of her and Jaya and remembers when it was taken and how Dheeraj had complimented Jaya rather than her. Dheeraj comes in and addresses her as Ms. India. They have a moment when Imli comes in and says she learns from Aanchal. Dheeraj praises her and then leaves.
Aanchal is helping Sachin when he starts to cough a lot. She asks if he has ben taking his medication on time and Juhi says that he has but he was supposed to go for a checkup today but didnt because the doctor was busy. Aanchal wonders why Sudeep cancelled the appointment. She calls him but Sonali picks up. Aanchal asks her whether Sudeep is busy today and Sonali tells her that he's as busy as he usually is.
