March 27th Update

Dheeraj is on the phone with Sid, while Aayush and Juhi are standing beside him looking worried. He gets off the phone and tells the kids that Sachin is doing a lot better and will be home soon. They both are very happy and hug him. Juhi and Aayush go tell Vicky the good news. Dadiji comes down and complains that the kids are making such a big deal of this and Dheeraj tells her that Sachin getting better was no less than a miracle.Dheeraj tells her that it was their good fortune Aanchal was there at that time and it's because of her, Sachin's better.

Sachin slowly wakes up and looks around to see Dadaji, Sid, Sudeep and Aanchal standing around him. Dadaji asks how he's doing and Sachin says that he thought he'd also go to bhagwaan's house and see his mom. Sid tells him he shouldnt talk like that. Dadaji tells Sachin that Aanchal gave blood to him and Sachin smiles at her while Sid also looks up at her. Aanchal asks for permission to speak to Sachin alone for a minute.

Aanchal kisses Sachin on the forehead and says that he'll live for a very long time. Sachin says he knows because she gave him blood and now they have a blood relationship😳

Aanchal asks Sudeep whether she'd ruined his big day today and Sudeep replies that he had phoned them and told them about the emergency and they postponed the awards ceremony. He also tells her that the Ray of Hope award should not go to him, but to her. Sudeep says she is looking very happy and Aanchal explains to him that for him, Sachin my have been just a patient but for her, he was her student.

Mamaji calls and asks Aanchal where she is. Aanchal is surprised and asks if Sudeep didnt tell them. Sudeep says he forgot and she tells them she is in Sudeep's clinic and she explains what happened. Mamaji explains this to Mamiji and she sits down dejected, saying had she known about this, she would have spoken a lot more politely when Dadaji came.

Sid comes into Sudeep's cabin. He thanks Sudeep once again and says he'll never be able to repay Aanchal. Sid praises Aanchal and Sudeep says his wife must be very proud of Aanchal. Sid is taken aback but says that wherever she is, she must be happy. Sudeep apologizes and Sid says it's ok and leaves.

He spots Dadaji pleading with Jaya's father. Sid asks when he came and Jaya's father says that even though they didnt tell him, he found out about Sachin's sickness. Dadaji tells him that they werent' trying to hide it and says that he was so worried for Sachin tht he forgot about everything else. Jaya's father stops him and says that they've looked after them enough and now the kids would come to Mumbai with him and nobody would stop them. He says they couldnt take care of his daughter and now they cant take care of the children. A doctor says Sachin will be discharged in 1-2 days. Sid is distressed and wonders how Jaya's father can take away the kids from him. Dadaji says they have 2 days to change his mind. He tells Sid to go home and rest.

Mamiji sees Aanchal coming and asks her how Sachin is. Aanchal says he's doing well and says that he'll be out in a few days. Mamaji comes and says the desh ki rajkumari has come after saving lives. Aanchal says she'll just come. Mamaji asks Mamiji why she didnt tell Aanchal about how Dadaji came. She says she wont tell her because they always take her when they want to and throw her out when they want to and she doesnt want something like that to happen with her again and makes Mamaji promise that he wont mention this to her.

Chanchal gets off the phone and tells Dadiji that Jaya's father has come to take the kids. Dadiji says this is great news and Dheeraj comes in asking what the good news is. She tells him and Dheeraj asks how can he do that. Chanchal says he's their Nana and Dheeraj points out that he's also Vicky's nana so will she send him with Jaya's father as well? Dheeraj says that if Vicky doesnt go, then the other kids wont either. Dadiji tries to explain to Dheeraj but he says that they'll grow up better here. Dadiji says that a child without a mother has no place and Sid walks in. She says that their upbringing will be better there when she spots Sid. She says she has some work and leaves.

Dheeraj asks Sid if they can keep the kids here. Sid says Sachin is better so he can go anywhere. Dheeraj says he can go anywhere but will you let them go? Sid says he's just happy Sachin is better. Dheeraj agrees that Aanchal is like an angel for them. He accidently let's slip that Aanchal helped them with the designer issue. Dheeraj admits that Aanchal was the one that helped them and said that Aanchal told him not to tell him. Sid says he doesnt know how he'll repay her.

Aanchal tells Manu that Sudeep did so well handling Sachin's case and he really is a good heart specialist. Manu says that he's good at treating hearts but not at reading them. Aanchal says that he's a good person, and she's happy that he's her friend. She says that it wasnt her blood but Sudeep's treatment that saved Sachin and Sudeep overhears all this. Aanchal thanks Sudeep for all he did. He says he's always come doing things just for her. He tells her that she never said thank you for any of the favours he did for her, yet today she's pouring out praises for him for doing his job. Aanchal says the bus incident was about her career, but this was about somebody's life and you can get everything back but not your life. Episode ends on Aanchals'd face.
