A very well known name of our pop music industry. Not only that, she was also a qualified lawyer, considered to represent the UN as an ambassador from Pakistan. She revolutionised Asian pop music. A singer of rare expressiveness, she pioneered the disco revolution in Indian film music in the 1980s. Today is her 7th death anniversary, so lets dedicate this specific thread to the memories of Nazia Hassan who was indeed a pioneer of Pakistan's Pop Music and will be dearly missed by all.
