1) Can you read Urdu? If I sit there for hours and sounds every single letter out yes.😳 But I'm trying rly rly hard to teach myself!!!

2) Can you write it? No, but I wish

3) Last time you actually had Urdu as a course? Never

4) Did you forget it? Umm nahin

5) Do you think we have to know how to read it and write it, if we already know how to speak it? I do think it is important! Because there are sooooooo many Pakistani people I know here in North America (including me) who don't know how to read and write and it's sad because if we continue this way... our culture will be lost over here.

6) Any other comments? I also rly wish I was capable of speaking that rly poetic and soft Urdu.... Oh I love listening to people talk like that n I wish sooo hard that I could speak like that... does anyone still speak like that now or is it just me??😕

we should know how to read write and speak urdu beacuse it's our mother toung but it's not that important if u live in other country

yh i think pakis should atleast know how 2 read it,if not how 2 write it properly!

I think all the pakis should atleast know how to speak urdu if they live out of pak 2 !

i was used to be the bets student in urdu class here in denmark.. i was in 4th standed in denmark but wa sreading a 10 class student book of pakistan
but now when i rad urdu.. i dotn understand half of what im reading.. 😆

I think we should learn to write and read it but if you live in places where there r hardly any pakisdtani places around its easy to forget it.

Yes, as urdu is a basic and it is mostly used in my occupatians like 4 a lyricist, it is imp, as poetry of songs have to be in urdu

and after reading it, we can read arabic, pashto, sindhi, etc not understand that but read that
