well by now all of us as aware that our BAPD would be going off air soon .. But very few knows the reason behind it .. Let me give you guys some inside scoop .. Its the same reason due to which KBC went off air too ... As per the media reports, poor TRP is the cause .. but the truth is something else ... Its due to the more than 50% stakes in Star network held by Balaji. Ekta Kapoor wants her K serials to dominate the Indian television.. She has been playing dirty politics since long time .. She doesn't like competition .. If a serial is doing good, she would steal their actors or writers and then try ruin the serial's success. The result is, we viewers are stuck with the same old K serials. I had worked in Star network for 2 years and know all the dirty politics being played by Balaji .. I remember all the non Balaji soaps had to get every script and screenplay approved by the channel so that the approvers working for the channel ( who were either bribed by Ekta or forced by the channel) would change the script and screenplay so that the viewers start hating the serial .. I dont have any problem with Balaji or Ekta .. I have problem with monopoly and dirty politics... If this continues, soon Star network would be named Balaji and all soaps would start with K with Tushaar Kapoor in the lead cast ...
Honestly speaking its not Balaji's fault .. Its we who let all this happen .. I dont expect the channel to take any action based on this topic .. I want us to wake up and take some action now .. Its high time ... Simply boycott all the K serials .. Very soon these so called gods of television would be on their knees and wont take the viewers for granted anymore ...
The whole television business is driven by TRP that is purely the number of viewers watching the show ... We dont need to always whine and think that nothing could be done ... We could change the way this people are functioning .. Two months ago it was KBC, now it is BAYPD, tomorrow it could be another good non K serial .. How long are we gonna take this ???
