We rejoin Veera when she has just discovered that Vedant is indeed married to someone else, and she walks off shocked and saddened by this news. She goes down the street, tears streaming down her face. A storm is brewing outside and the wind is blowing leaves around, but Veera isn't aware of it she is so wrapped up in herself. she walks and remembers a drunk Vedant storming her house and telling Neelkanth how much he loves her and then later in his house, how he swore his love for her. Then another memory when he sneaks up on her in the satyug, and she says someone will see, and he laughs and says so what if someone sees. His head is tucked into her neck and he talks to her with sweet words in her ears. then as she walks, his words echo in her head, that "she was the first girl in his life, and that she was his first and last love". then her mind jumps back to the present where she has just seen him with his new wife. Veera reflects to herself, that "what a lie your love was Vedant, everything is a lie."
Mahindra and Chand's place
The storm by now is blowing wildly outside and the windows are being blown open. Kiran runs to chand and says "Mama I am very scared." Mahindra watches and closes the window shut. Chand holds Kiran at first but then remembers the deal and yells, "Enough! A lot has happened! Go from here!" then Kiran gets upset and leaves. chand cries, feeling guilty for her actions. A framed picture of her and Mahindra is shattered on the floor, and she kneels over it.
satyug
Nutan tells Karan, "have some chai, it's very good." And Karan agrees. then Koyal comes and says, "not just chai, also hot hot pakoras". (a fried snack usually served as an appetizer) Krishna smiles and says, "I will make them." She is wearing a gorgeous deep purple salwar with bead work and sequins on it. And the most glamorous outfit she has worn apart from her many bridal ensembles. then the phone rings. It's Sanwari calling from the music video shoot. Krishna picks up, and Sanwari tells her that Veera told him she was going for a bit and then she never came back, Nishant is worried. Krishna tells Sanwari off, saying "you knew Veera shouldn't be by herself, why did you let her go?" Then Sanwari starts crying and says she didn't think, and then Krishna calms down and tells her, "Veera will be ok, we will find her." Karan asks Krishna what happened. Then Nutan asks her "what happened? Why are you worried?" Neelkanth comes and says, "wow pakoras, what's the occasion for this treat?" Then noone says anything. He says to everyone, "why are you all silent?" So Karan makes up some story that Nirvaan's business in Ahmedabad was successful so that's why they are having it and he will be done in a few days etc. Neelkanth is overjoyed to hear this. Karan then says not to worry to Nutan and he goes off in his car. Paras overhears all of this and grins. He knows there is trouble brewing. (what a total jerk)
on some road in Rajkot
Karan and Krishna go search for Veera on the road. Karan drives his car while Krishna looks for her from the passenger side. Then Krishna sees her sitting on the side of the road. she says "Stop! Karan! Veera!" so Karan stops the car, they get down and go to Veera, who is sitting there oblivious and sad. Krishna asks her, "veera what are you doing here, and why have you been crying?" (they both are awesomely dressed in this scene) Veera tells her sadly that Vedant is back here because of his marriage. to some other woman. He broke his promise. She says, "Didi, I don't want to live anymore, I want to die." Krishna tells her no, don't speak like that etc.
satyug
Karan, Krishna and Veera return. Nutan goes to Veera and asks, "Veera what happened child, and you have been crying why?" Veera tells her how Vedant married someone else and basically dumped her. Nutan is sad to hear this and warns her not to tell Neelkanth. Because she knows how he never liked Vedant, and hearing this he will not be pleased. Neelkanth comes in, wheeled in by Paras, and overhears their conversation, and says, "Yes I first said that the boy was a bad sort, but noone listened to me. Today my daughter cries but tomorrow he will cry tears." Karan is about to leave, and Krishna asks, "where are you going?" Karan says, "To Vedant's." Then Karan leaves and Krishna goes with him.
Vedant's new house
Vedant goes in his car, and is about to leave. Karan arrives and he opens the car door and tries to talk to Vedant, when he won't listen he drags him physically out of the car. He exclaims, "out! I said out!" He tells off Vedant, saying "you misbehave with Veera, and then you forgot Veera", and gives him a sound lashing with his tongue. Vedant is annoyed and he tells Karan "stop talking like this, you don't know what you're saying, you're crazy." Karan tells him "veera is crying now because of you." Vedant replies, "veera who? Vedant who? I don't know these people." Krishna tells Vedant, "what you have done is bad" and then tells Karan to come on as their work is done. they drive off.
then Karan stops the car somewhere. He says, "Damnit! Vedant was so lame, etc. Krishna calmly says, "Thanks. whatever you did, noone would have done. I don't know how to thank you for everything." Karan says that some relationships are beyond description. "We aare more than just friends. you have become more than a friend to me." Krishna tells him, "for my family and for me, what you have done, thanks." Then she says come on.
satyug
Night falls over Rajkot. Crickets are heard chirping in the background. Neelkanth asks Nutan if Veera has had her food yet. Nutan tells him no. Neelkanth gets mad and says why does she have to carry on after that boy, she should forget him. He tells Nutan to "make her understand" etc. Nutan says she will make her understand. She will give her strength. Karan says that he will go home now. Neelkanth says, "in this storm? stay the night." Karan says he want to go, but then Nutan says "yes son, stay." Karan says "if you say so, then I will stay." (what hotties they have to sleepover the satyug!) Krishna wakes up in the middle of the night. she sees the place next to her is empty which means Veera is awake. She calls out, "Veera" but no reply. she gets up, walks around the satyug looking for her, and then she sees flames coming from the door of a room downstairs. She yells, "Veera! Veera! Oh God!" She yells "open the door Veera!" Then she goes and shouts upstairs, "Ma, Koyal, Sanwari, Paras, Bapuji, come down!" Everyone is awake, including Karan and they come down and see the door in flames. everyone bangs on the door and calls Veera come out. The door is shut, so Karan tells everyone to stand back, he runs back and then breaks down the door by force. everyone rushes in, and coughs from the smoke in the room. they all look at her with shocked expressions. the camera freezes on all of them standing at the doorway.
what can I say besides Vedant is becoming a real jerk. And so not worth Veera throwing her life away. And why would Vedant not even visit his mother in the hospital even once? that makes no sense.
