What do ghosts feed on?

I know its a bit silly question😳. But i was wondering as to what they feed on in order to stay alive and haunt people🤔

I don't think ghosts are 'living'. They are people stuck in a time phase which repeats itself. I don't know who much clear i can make that. Basically a snapshot of a person who re-lives that actual time but ain't really there!

some drink my boold.......some eats my sleep (which is y i only sleep for like 4 hrs every night ) and they do other stuff to me that i cannot discuss here! 🤣
