Earlier in the previous week, Karan was determined to win over Krishna "by hook or by crook", now he is following through on his word, since his nice bouquet of flowers and necklace didn't do the trick. Now he is resorting to more sinister ways.

The episode starts with Karan talking into his cell phone, which he always does it seems, and asks the person on the other end, "Get me more information on the chandrana family, quick." (and we all know that to him Krishna is just a prize, that this is all a game). and that he hates to lose.

The scene shifts to Neelkanth's house where Krishna, Veera, Savri, Gunjan, and Koyal and standing and watching Neelkanth negotiate with a client over a large order of achar. The client sits on the sofa and says that this order is from London, they like the achar (preserves) very much but they want it in seven days' time otherwise the deal is off. Neelkanth says that he appreciates that they like their achar, but how can we possibly fill the order in such a short time? He says to the daughters, "I have full faith in you all, but how do we get the money to fill the order with?" Then Nutan says that we have a strong reputation in the market, so we can get the money there. The sisters chime in and say that they can fill the order. then finally Neelkanth consents and tells the client that yes they can handle his order. The client gets up from his seat, bids "Namaskar" to Nutan and Neelkanth and then leaves.

then Nutan puts her hand in the middle and every daughter puts her hand on top of hers in a show of solidarity and strength. The group is noticeable in the fact that two have left the nest, Chand and Nirvaan. Krishna says that "we will not lose." Nutan says to the daughters that this order is like a test, an imtihan of the house. Neelkanth is worried that they will not finish in time, but he tries not to show it and smiles at them. He seems very much back to normal considering his recent illness. and nicer than in recent times.

The golden sun rises in the sky, and morning comes in the satyug. the house is all quiet as everyone is asleep. Nishant the director arrives at the house dressed in a bright blue collared shirt with pants, and he sees Gunjan, and asks her for Mr. Chandranaji, is he here etc. Then Gunjan tells him that she will get him. He whistles his song while he waits, and then he takes a seat in the living room. then Savri comes to see who's whistling and sees Nishant from upstairs. she panics and runs down and says "you! why did you come here?" Then she tells him to leave and pushes his backpack in his hand and tries to get rid of him before Neelkanth comes to meet him. Nishant says that she was the right girl for the role, but she wouldn't come so he has come to ask her father, and then when she wants him to leave he says he will on the condition that she meets him that evening at the temple. then he goes. Neelkanth comes in his wheelchair and asks Savri who came to see him. Savri lies and says it was the dhobiwallah who wanted to say something to the ratiwallah. And then Neelkanth is like what? Then Savri just makes something up and Neelkanth says ok. She saves herself. Nishant is standing outside laughing at her made-up story.

The scene shifts to Chand's house, where Chand is sleeping, then she wakes up and see a framed picture of baby Krishna on the wall. then Mahindra comes in and sits on the bed, and tells her that whoever sees Krishna's picture on the wall, will have a child with His qualities, his resemblance. then Chand gets all emotional and says, that to a wife, noone looks better than her husband. so maybe seeing you will give the child your looks and your mannerisms etc.

then the scene shifts back to the Neelkanth house, where Nutan and the daughters are working round the clock to get the order filled on time. the girls are working day and night on the balconies of the house with each doing a different task. Then Nutan gives Krishna a taste of the final product to see if it's ready. they have the order all filled within the seven days deadline.

Then it shows Neelkanth looking at Nirvaan's picture. He is sad and misses his son but keeps it to himself. His pride keeps him from calling him back to the house.

The scene shifts to Nirvaan in his new quarters. someone gives him a plate of food and leaves. nirvaan looks at it and pushes it away. then Krishna tries to feed Nutan, she takes a bit of rice, then she refuses the rest. Krishna asks is that all, and Nutan says that she doesn't know if Nirvaan has even eaten that day, how can she? then all of the daughters are worried and ask nutan to eat. Nutan says for her daughters to smile, she wants them happy. So the daughters say then eat.

Finally, the morning comes when they are to deliver the order. Krishna and Veera go and touch the feet of their parents. Nirvaan gives the girls the copy of the order, and tells them to prosper. (yeah before he was cursing them). Then Nutan and the daughters gather in front of the house temple, in front of the Goddess Durga and Nutan asks for Her blessings. She says that if it wasn't for her, they wouldn't have gotten the order filled.

Later on the road, the truck carrying the achar breaks down and the guys gets down to fix it. He stops to eat a snack and looks inside the truck's engine. then Krishna and Veera, all worried, ask him what is wrong and when will the truck be working again? The driver says that the engine is broken and that it will take two days to fix. then Krishna is like well we don't have that long, we are late already. So they are wondering how they will get to the warehouse. the sound of a clock ticking can be heard.

then finally Krishna and Veera reach the warehouse late. Veera apologizes to the warehouse employee at the desk, saying that sorry our truck broke down on the way. Then the employee says that the flight has gone without them and that since they weren't on time the deal was cancelled. Krishna tries to reason with the foreman, saying that look this isn't just a deal that was cancelled, this is seven days' work cancelled as well. then the foreman says sorry, and returns to them their invoice for their order. They start to leave and the phone rings on the desk, the foreman calls them back, saying there is a call for you. they turn around and Krishna takes the phone. and of course, the caller is none other than Karan Bali. (our resident villain.)

Karan is walking up the stairs of his house, wearing a gray silk shirt and elegant black suit, with the top buttons of his shirt undone. He looks very well-turned-out. He says, sarcastically to Krishna, congratulations. Then he says Krishna, Krishna, patronizingly and what has happened. He says "so sorry Krishna" to her, and listening to this, Krishna gets really mad. He tells her he knows there is no other way out for them, that come over today Krishna (like she is going to listen), otherwise your entire family's work will be ruined. then he says come over right away, this minute, Karan Bali is waiting for you Krishna. And then the camera freezes on Krishna's angry expression. End of episode.

*wasn't expecting Parth in the episode, but of course I missed him loads! Karan has the biggest head, no wonder Krishna is turned off by him. If he has to trick her into coming, then he must be really desperate in spite of his money. 😕

Does Savri meet Nishant in the temple? Does Krishna go to Karan Bali's house and try to save the deal? And what happens with Chand and Mahindra? Find out in the next Paraya Dhan.
