Neha does a home pregnancy test on herself and finds herself pregnant. She tells Abhi and both are thrilled. Abhi tells her that this time she must take very good care of herself. They will go to Simran and she must follow whatever Simran tells her.
Simran is playing with Astha. Shaguna brings her tea and tells her Mr. Mathur is out for a walk. Shaguna wants to open Astha's presents. Simran tells her to wait for her to get back from the hospital. But Shaguna insists. She opens the presents. Finds a Barbie doll from Abhi. Opens another present and finds a similar doll from Mr. Mathur. Simran is amused at the coincidence that though they do not like each other they have similar tastes.
Simran is at the hospital in her office. Manas walks in . Simran asks him what is the problem. He says nothing just that he could not talk to her properly last evening. And he asks her how is her search for a Doctor coming along, she says fine, she is trying. Simran asks him how is the preparation for Urmila's case coming along. He says great. Riya is working really hard and trying her best. Simran looks at him curiously. He suddenly gets up and says that he is going now. Simran stares at him wondering at what is wrong with him.
Neha's friend Poonam comes to meet her and is surprised to find a very happy Neha. Neha tells her that she is pregnant. Poonam is ecstatic. And again tells her that she must take good care of herself.
Radha is ecstatic. Abhi's parents too are all over her. Saying that their new house is very lucky and they should plan to move in there immediately. Abhi and Neha land up at Simran's office. Simran thanks Neha for the lovely party. Abhi hands over some of Astha's gifts that got left behind. Simran tells them about the doll duplication. Abhi finds it very amusing too. They show Simran the reports. Simran congratulates them. Abhi gets a call and goes out. Simran tells Neha that since she has already had a miscarriage, she will have to be careful and even abstain from physical relationships. Abhi comes back and tells them that he is getting an award for the 'Aadmi Sadak Ka' column. Neha is all over Abhi saying that how happy they are. Simran looks away, cant see all the lovey dovey scenes being played out in front of her.
Manas comes to meet Riya. He tells her he went to meet Simran to tell her about what he heard at the party but then decided not to as per Riya's advice. Riya says that he did good. They talk about Urmila's case. He says that it is high time Urmila got out of the prison, she has been through enough and deserves better. Riya keeps staring at him. He asks her what. She switches it on and hears Abhi tell that he would have gone back to fashion photography had it not been for Simran. Simran is upset. She lands at Abhi's house. She scolds him why did he bring up her name in the interview. How bad will Neha feel, and what about her, how will she face Neha. Has he ever thought of that. He is doing to Neha exactly what he did to her. When will he ever grow up and keep hurting everybody.
