From 98 for 5, Gujarat bounced back to end the day at 334 for 8 against Hyderabad. Manan Hingrajia pushed the innings out of peril with an unbeaten 🌹174 that glued the innings together. A 112-run stand for the sixth wicket with Urvil Patel (60) stood out before Hingrajia pushed along nearly single-handedly with the lower order.
After being reduced to 90 for 5 at one stage, Baroda hit back against Mumbai with half-centuries from Mitesh Patel 🌹(86) and Atit Seth (60 ). The duo added a 130-run stand for the sixth wicket to arrest the slide and give Baroda a total over 200 in the first innings.
Bengal opener✍️ Sudip Chaterjee hit 116 and put on a 198-run stand with Sudip Kumar Gharami (90) for the second wicket after the early dismissal of Abhimanyu Easwaran. But Uttar Pradesh hit back after the partnership with legspinner Vipraj Nigam picking up a four-wicket haul. Bengal lost six wickets for 41 runs after that stand was broken.
After being reduced to 65 for 3, Madhya Pradesh arrested the slide through a fighting 75* from Harpreet Singh Bhatia. Shubham Sharma and Rajat Patidar kept him company in brief partnerships as the middle order stood up against Karnataka in Indore.
