From what I remember when naira had complications in getting pregnant kartik and goenkas were very supportive. Dadi even made Kirti go away so that naira doesn't feel bad.
3rd gen also family was very supportive of akshu during her complications
In 4th gen ur just cutting ties coz she can't become a mother.
