At 58, Khan has developed a thriving commercial empire outside of performing. His riches has been much raised by his production firm Red Chillies Entertainment and his ownership in Kolkata Knight Riders, who won the Indian Premier League 2024 championship.
On social media, Khan also rules, with 44.1 million X followers, more than other billionaires and celebrities on the list.
Other Bollywood stars on the list are Juhi Chawla, with a worth of â¹4,600 crore, and Hrithik Roshan, with â¹2,000 crore. Roshan controls the athleisure brand HRX; Chawla, a business partner with Khan, co-owns the Kolkata Knight Riders.
Fourth with a worth of â¹1,600 crore mostly from assets is legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan and his family. With an estimated worth of â¹1,400 crore, Director-producer Karan Johar rounds out the top five powered by the success of his production company, Dharma Productions.
