Actually they started to show build up of a medical disorder in initial epi ....phir pata nai kya hua. Why to show a child abuse or extreme fits of anger and fear in Maya jab last me Maya ko koi psychological issue ya clinic disorder hai hi nai

I remember this show got extension due to popular demand. So after a point, they made Maya unbeatable like rajinikant .

Yes even I thought that they will show that she has medical mental health issues. But they clearly showed during the court case part where doctors clarified that she had no mental illness at all, it was then that court treated her as normal culprit and not special case or recommending her to asylum.

Actually Arjun and her family thought that she had mental illness and they got her to the asylum for treatment and waited for her to be back. This is in itself a green flag behaviour as a red flag might then seek divorce stating her mental condition and move out especially when he had his permanent best friend in waiting (the one Maya thought he might cheat her with) but what did she do? Spend the entire asylum time to plan how to frame Arjun and her family. Got an innocent girl who confided in her thinking her as a friend and killed her..

How can this person be called a victim?? Just because you MIL doubted that you will be a good DIL two years back, you can kill her??

You are right that extension spoiled it. They should have ended with courts punishing Maya.. Uske baad clearly dikh raha tha that they are dragging it

It isn't good for country like India.

Instead of finishing Dowry cases and money is increasing.

Men already have upper hand in the relationship bcoz mostly they are rich, more educated, from better background and have a good backing.

Which is still not the case with women as they still leave their jobs for family, there is still dowry deaths etc and other violence against them.

With pre nups Males will have wayy too much of a upper hand and females will have a shit life.

Not saying all women are nice and all men and bad
