Absolutely. And the reason mela eps were a sin for me wrt both writing and the character. After the divorce (MS eps - 'much excitement all!' one) gaffe, he won her trust again, and broke it - rather, shredded it. Trusting him again is worse than Bhavani accepting a 'remorseful' Jayesh back as her husband. [I never forgave Abhi for what he did after Dadi died - but that was 5-10 mins long, not a 3 ep long shredding, and in that sense much better. Did root for them being together though somehow.]

Exactly. The show was projected as a path breaking project on women empowerment only to be reduced to a saas-bahu saga. To be fair, even saas-bahu sagas have been better than this show. At least they showed what they promised.

What do we get in this show - pendulum characters, half baked stories, plots that go nowhere, sub par screenwriting and editing, and don't even get me started on the dialogues 😡

We won't get a real marriage... nor Virat's redemption. Maybe this was Mukta's so-called big redemption for Virat...

Perhaps the channel might have asked Mukta to wrap this up within a few months due to low TRP. If so she doesn't have the time to close all the loopholes... High TRP with cheating is not going to work for long.

Agreed. I think you or someone did say here. MAYBE MAIN REASON THEY DID THIS WEDDING PLOT - was to pull our strings so we post about the show more. Show that gives no consequences to villians on holy days - Show with terrible illogical writing

Letting the characters do things rather than making them do things. Think on the basic level that would make all the difference... even if the plots be similar. In the initial days, think I may have mentioned VA scenes as 'forced' almost a hundred times and they always looked so, cause they were making them have a long eyelock, fall and hold.... why? idk... cause they are the 'destined' ones... fine for Virat perhaps - second chance in love for him after all ... but imagine that's the destiny of Amruta. There was never an effort made to make it look like the Ahujas can be a sane place for her to be married into. The state it is in right now (with Nimmi and Anjali being positive relatives), should've been the beginning.

Agree this was creators "gift" to us in terms of wedding. WE NOT GOING TO GET MORE. Amu was forced marry 1st then was married in imagination. Her right to wedding wont be acknowledged as only ML matters. Please may I confirm brief summary of point in show & reason for wedding track.

1. Letter from Virat to Amu was the redemption & ignores his beleif Amu attempted to murder Babita
2. Virat is redeemed from creator POV as he didn't influence Amu after he gave her papers- We ignore virat doesn't listen to Amu view as any conversation with her is manipulation to stay in force marriage from creator POV.
3. We ignore Virat actions he signed Annulment papers 1st & rude to her on signing
4. My view Amu burnt Annulment papers symbolises marriage not forced- said on date night.
5. Amu took the heart pendant as sign of forgiveness to Alibag but wont get an answer from virat on Babita attempted murder.
6. Villians continue to succeed in plans with Amu playing a patient saint having NO REAL PLAN TO EXPOSE BABITA - They will use this cam vid of Babita to fool us Babita exposure to come but wont till end of show

The forced eyelocks and falling and holding for 1-2 minutes of a cheesy song were the worst. That was nowhere - neither romantic nor realistic. 😳

I had said this earlier as well that this show would be far better and realistic if instead of absolute black and white characters, they had gone with characters with gray shades. It would be more realistic as well cozz in real life no one is absolute good or evil. But here they made Ahujas absolute evil and Chitnises the paragons of virtue. Also, except the leads, no other side character or their track added any value to the story and did not have any screen share. 🙄

There are so many areas of improvement that an entire thread will fall short. Hope the creative team learns from this mistake and do not repeat it in their future assignments 😞

Hag will be out along with lizard but I wanted witch's truth to reveal. I don't know why they always hide her cheap big crimes and again show us her authority,her power,her planning plotting I'm not even interest to see her rubbish planning plotting again I have a patience level,I hope Mukta aunty doesn't cross it again and again or else she will have no path to redemption for her own

It would be much better if Virat actually didn't drink the coffee and pretend like he did. And then he acted to see his mother's real face and at end when hag and lizard will try to escape he will say please take your main boss with you and then declare in front of everyone that I was just acting as I had doubt and now clear that this lady ( his mom) is the real culprit and then he will say I hate you woman to core of my heart. And now I m clear about the fact that the mela incident was your plan to frame Amruta and now in front of you I will marry her with full ritual and you three will see and can't do anything. If this will happen then I can say wooww writers are now grown up. But alas neither writers nor Virat has this much brain

I must say. Keeps our hopes and expectations in check.

See bold - This was your earlier post @Riggy. YOU ARE LIKE ME! Trying not to be fooled by creators reminding everyone of the disappointment they will bring Trying to save them from it but hope creators do better.

Your last sentence in quoted post hope they do better but above bold understand reality. ITS NOT RIGHT CREATORS DO THIS TO US & HONESTLY FEELS LIKE EMOTIONAL ABUSE/ MANIPULATION FROM CREATORS. 😡😡😢😭😤😤😤

I understand its my choice to watch but my view is this show is becoming unhealthy with no entertainment or comfort

He doesn't have any hints about his mom being so to do that... and if they do that it will be the twist of the century perhaps. [Hmm.. will explain his change from talking to ex to the date scene though.]
