Unfortunately I dont see Abhira being able to be fully logical.
She is too vulnerable, alone and emotional. She is too scared to lose Armaan.
She knows the clauses of prenup are ridiculous and is even saying so. She is clearly saying she is NOT ok with the prenup. She was very clear to Armaan earlier that she wants 2 years of time before family planning to. So she does know what she wants and has clarity but sadly she is also in a very emotional space rn where she wants to be with her Armaan and needs to marry him after all the obstacles.
She knows Kaveri and V are unreliable. She knows Ruhi has an evil eye. She knows that even the pro Abhimaan people are also often mute and unreliable too. but she is too far gone now. she will speak up for herself but a few words phrased in a way to hit her where it hurts, or targeting her weaknesses will make her crumble.
she doesnt have the backing of anyone. If Abhira had a family, Kaveri or V wouldnt dare to do all that they are doing. they may still be regressive but they wouldnt be so bedhadak because someone would be there on Abhiras side. RN the only one who can protect her interests is Armaan. few days back he wanted to walk out because Abhira ki insult nahi dekh sakta tha. ab phir seh insult ho rahi hai in the worst way- the clauses of those prenup are utterly cruel and dont give any rights or any protection to Abhira at all. this is the true test of whether he can be the family to Abhira he has been claiming to be.
Anything he says/does apart from tearing the papers and refusing a prenup is gonna make him look bad. And Abhira giving in to sign papers under any circumstances will make her look weak too.
why does abhira treat them so well especially that abusive crazy Oldie kaveri and that dumb Vidya 
This is one of the lasting images from HSSH for me ..when Sadhna tells Vivek his mother wants the family business and wealth partitioned ..and he thereafter goes and offers to leave instead of breaking up the family assets etc ..
