No its not random. The articles coming out are referring to "The Most Followed Indians" , Virat is number 1, Priyanka is 2nd and Modi was 3rd- now Shraddha has past Modi and she is very close to surpassing Priyanka as well and becoming the most followed BW celeb and 2nd most followed Indian.
