Ketamine is basically an upper. It’s a party drug but under controlled settings it can be used to treat anxiety and depression. Matthew Perry had gotten his legal and prescribed dose of Ketamine a week before his death from his own doctor. Sadly he also got more injected into his system by his assistant the day he died and the amount was past what’s a correct dose. It was probably the Ketamine that made him pass out in the pool and drown. Very senseless and avoidable. From his assistant or the seller to the doctor (not his personal doctor from what I understand) all of them contributed to his death and I agree with this step of charging them. However, it sounds like Matthew himself had also become dependent on more doses of Ketamine so his addiction was still a battle for him.
This is extremely sad
