Even this is PR and only because KJo has flooded in the industry with so many mediocre, subpar actresses that Alia only looks good in comparison to them. Like Jahnvi, Sara, Ananya, etc. Pit her against any 90s actress and no one would even glance in her direction.

Y’all should do an exercise where u go to a tier 2/3 city in India and ask a random person off the street if they know “shraddha kapoor”

From what I have seen in places like jaisalmer, vadodra, tanjavur, vijayawada ….except srk, aamir, salman, ajay and akshay ….maybe hrithik, aishwarya rai and Katrina depending on the region ….everyone else is irrelevant and unknown in most of the internal circuits …unless ur a film buff …most of the general audience public does not give a shit abt films and barely know any actors other than the ones above…even if they aren’t currently in form / irrelevant, they had hit the kinda stardom that penetrated the interiors at some point in the past ….

baahubali 2 / Kgf 2 opened to a thunderous number in the north internal circuits ….dosent mean they all went crazy for prabhas or yash…most of them didn’t even know who prabhas yash and rana are….what drove ppl into the theatres was the part 1 - how well made it was and the curiosity from the cliffhanger in part 1…

Why different rules for Shraddha when Ranbir and SRK can give single digit openings ? And yet Alia can’t open a movie this big?

PR Tactic 1 - in a few days several articles will NOT regard Stree 2 as "female-driven" film. You'll see lots of credit being given to floppy RKR or the genere. So whenever the list of female-driven films will be released - Stree 2 won't be on there, because the numbers will have a huge difference and we must, at all costs, protect Gangu. She will ensure that Stree 2 is not regarded as a female-led film. You will see many comment below now, indicating the same.

PR Tactic 2: In the event the above fails (or even if it doesnt) - She will ENSURE that she is awarded Best Actress for Jigra, which will overshadow any and all BO office records. Don't forget that last year I predicted she will win for Rocky and Rani and you called me crazy - Alia is 100% Winning Filmfare Best Actress | Bollywood (indiaforums.com)

PR Tactic 3: Overdrive PR is on the way for her Alpha movie, and promotion of husband as Devta for Love and War is also happening. Image rebuilding to show that we are BESTEST people, for real, Dil Se. While possible negative articles on Shraddha may also come out to throw her under the bus. When they go low? Go lower na? - When you can't win, you fake a win.

PR Tactic 4: Alia will also ensure she enters the Horror genre soon, although for many of us - she has already done so, eg: Kalank, Rocky aur Rani etc.

Wait and watch.

I openly say that Alia has aggressive PR and she get best roles thanks to Karan Johar. Everyone knows that by now(oops my laughing emotion)
