This is being shown in aaj tak channel as well. CBI claims that the semen sample, injury samples matches only with sanjay roy and no one else. Hence CBI concludes that sanjay roy is the only one who brutally raped and murdered the poor girl. CBI also says that the reports of 150 ml semen found in post martum report was false. CBI is saying this with full certainity that only sanjay roy did this. However CBI says that sandip ghosh tried to hide the matter to save his hospital's reputation and he was involved in lots of rackets
Don't know what's next but if there are proofs then get him punished right now. No mercy should be shown just torture him till death

Another case where each and everyone were concerned about themselves not about SSR Regarding this case well the post martum reports that the social media stated was suspicious as well because there were two stories floating. One of 150 semen and other story of 8 people brutally killing her and after that sanjay roy raping her. So I didn't know which one to believe because two of them were floating and claimed to be true. But I knew from day 1 that this monster is involved in this case. Also the way CBI has summed up the case it looks logical. According to CBI sandip ghosh didn't wanted his reputation to get tarnished that's why he tried to destroy the evidence and maybe some police officers helped him. Regarding his sudden transfer well that still remains a question. CBI is investigating more on the rackets and sandip ghosh's career is clearly finished and he will be in jail for a long time. Now that there are enough evidence against sanjay roy atleast he should be given death sentence and shouldn't be given any mercy. If he is not the only culprit then let's hope that the hidden ones get caught soon

Those two theories actually correlate that is why CBI now claims that 150 ml theory was wrong. Otherwise it would be hard to prove how one person can produce that much quantity...

yeah... lets hope justice prevails. Also now CBI will be cleared of accusations of following Modi orders otherwise Momta would have raised hell that Modi is exploiting CBI to destabilize her government.
