@bold why so? Heart transplant se romantic angle to bahut purana Indian fiction ka concept hai.

About what they will do, no one knows, if people are OK they will continue with Neil's heart to Yash, else will change

Aur main yehi kahe rahi hu ke Neil ke heart shayad kisi aur ko diya jayega. Point is not Yash. Aisa hi hua ho ye zaruri nahi. But possible.

Because Neil ke heart ke wajay se romance is very cliché. Although ITV is full of them. I don't want it.

Goons who kidnapped Neil in that car, later shot him and attacked in the night with their face masks on, were clearly shown to be from that organ trafficker Mudaliar as hired by Amarjeet Talwar.

I said that point about heart kisi aur ko dena because you said that Organ traffickers don't attack influencial people.

Then obviously that's not true because he was attacked by organ traffickers
