I couldn't even finish the episode today after the very first scene of Kaveri and Ruhi. As much as Ruhi irritates me wtf was this emotional coercion, or under influence of karma to make her stay in a potential abusive relationship.
Yees I know we as audience shown that Rohit maybe not harm her physically after that dupatta fire scene but what if he turns out to be violent abuser tomorrow. How could someone ask a person to stay in such a relationship or whatever humanitarian ground is going on in serial.
Maybe being a women, seeing such thing in reality where women are told to just bear it even if their marriage is abusive or they are unhappy but they should stuck to it because divorce is not an option, or emotionally manipulating one to understand they deserve to be submissive at every single level to their partner. Kaveri when she was undue influencing with this karma bullshit literally made my blood boil and feel like getting Ruhi out of PH myself.
Manish was so so right that his house is a daldal and once you are in, you can't get out.
I know there will be a majority section of people who feel like Ruhi deserve some kind of public stoning because of her transgressions. But I think she should be given divorce and ask to leave Poddar family and maybe a restriction order is enough if things get out of hand, but the way Kaveri was manipulating her to endure whatever hatred Rohit have for some divine redemption made me literally switch me screen off.
I felt I had to write it somewhere because seriously I still feel so frustrated about that scene. I am not a regular serial watcher so people who feel that ruhi deserve public stoning can relax and need not to argue because I really have not much idea what she has done, but whatever she might have done could be justified to make someone believe that they should remain in a potential abusive relationship. And that was not even just plain manipulation, that was emotional coercion.
