So lets not target heroines, its director fault to give such scenes to heroines whether married or not

in 1960s and 70s heroine acted after marriage like normal professionals for years be it sharmila tagore, nutan, madhubala, meena kumari, hema malini etc as they need not do such scenes (even south or regional movies, many heroines worked after wedding for years in big movies with top big heroes)

IF Karishma was not obedient and docile no way babita could order her around, after all babita, kareena all lived of karishma hard eared money for years, decades. Indeed credit goes to karishma for not going to college but working day and night to get her family financially stable. I doubt kareena contributed financially much to family like karishma did. Indian parents forget to follow "Miyan biwi raaji toh kya karega qāzī" and make their children's lives miserable. Seeing this I'm basically like 100% sure that Babita wasn't happy with Abhishek's position in the film industry and thus she broke the marriage. What she didn't realize is his business sense. I think he owns a successful import-export business.

Yeah, totally agree with you. Babita looks like a bee stung her after Jaya's announcement. Never liked her work. Honestly, Karishma is the best there is in the Kapoor Family where women are concerned. No one can level up to her. She needs to make a come back and do some good work. Her talent is getting wasted.

Abhishek is a great actor. Unfortunately, because he is the son of Amitabh, he is always compared and never given due credit where he deserves. That being said, he is not great but yes, he is a fantastic business man. He helped his dad and uncle out when they filed bankruptcy many years ago and now owns multiple businesses and also does a lot with sports.
