Toss the coin three times.  Heads for G and Tails for S.  The number of heads and tails will also give you the goal difference.

For example: If two in favour of G and 1 in favour of S then Germany wins 2-1.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

I just might take your advice on this one 

This one will be a tough one for me. So far, I kinda liked the performance of these two teams. It will be a hard goodbye to one of them.

I know!  But, only one team can win the tournament.  We have to accept that.  I used to like Germany once upon a time and Spain is a wonderful team too.  Of course we want them to meet in the finals.  But it is not going to happen that way.
