One of the best trait which Dhruv had was, that he was non -alcoholic. 

They made him the opposite in this birth.

I read somewhere that in previous birth Dhruv's son was a painter and this time Dhruv himself is a painter. 

He painted Kanhaji portrait (made by Tara) with colours. 

Dhruv's sister is Evan's (Shaurya) real sister.

I m pretty sure they won't show it much as I think it's against channel rules or something.

So Dhruv definitely doesn't have a good relationship with his parents. Don't know why though.
