Agree with you.  People take up part time job that's not bad but she need to leave that place . She will keep on suffering if she stayed back and it would be difficult for her to do job.

She can br anything be it resort manager,  wedding planner or something else but out of territory of poodars .

People do apply jobs outside their home and shift accordingly . Ek jagah pe reh kar  opportunities limited ho Jati h.

Where else she’ll go? She challenged Fufa that she’ll get a job in Udaipur itself and defeat him in court.. Her stubbornness and impulsiveness nature is treating her that way . Logically she has to go back to Mussorie or any other city away from these people.. but the plot is in such a way that fl has to be in ml’s visibility to guilt trip him by seeing her not able to pursue her dreams because of the treatment she got in his house. Headache to people who don’t want to see this melodrama and entertainment for trp audience

@ red - Rightly said , and her  impulsiveness Is not doing anything good for her . She will be treated badly in poddars house . Wedding planner kam servant jyada Bana denge . writers get pleasure by torturing FL
