It was canonically established in Fantastic Beasts, crimes of Grindelwald and secrets of Dumbledore (atleast Dumbledore being in love with grindy)

And as miss t said, she said so in interview too

Yes canons are there. Also, there are many amazing video edits/reels of Dumbledore and Grindelwald 👌🏻
