Narendra Modi Stadium Pitch Report:

Recognized as the largest cricket stadium globally, the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad is renowned for its batter-friendly pitches, conducive to high-scoring contests. However, its character extends beyond this aspect. Seam bowlers can exploit the pitch conditions, especially in the early stages. With the match slated for the evening, winning the toss and opting to bowl could provide the team with a significant advantage.

The team batting second has won four out of six games in Ahmedabad this season. The dew has made its presence felt more than once, and could be the reason behind captains wanting to chase. Having said that, GT won their last game batting first and piling on a huge score. The average first-innings score this season here is 175.

Hi Paresh,

KKR's captain is Shreyas Iyer. Nitish Rana was mentioned as captain on the prediction game page.  Can it be fixed when you next get a chance please?

Cheers..

Hello hello! Good evening. It is match No. 63 in Ahmedabad where Kolkata Knight Riders, almost assured of a top two spot, take on hosts Gujarat Titans. The western coast of India has had a stormy weather with a dust storm blowing over Mumbai a couple of hours ago. A similar storm was followed by light rain in Ahmedabad. Will that delay the toss and start? Could be as the centre is firmly under covers and the grey clouds are only slowly moving away. But don't you worry, you can get updates about all that transpires in Ahmedabad tonight with me, S Sudarshanan, and Vishal Dikshit. Stick around.

Hello and welcome to our coverage of Match 63 with GT taking on table-toppers KKR. A win here will confirm a top-two finish for Shreyas Iyer's side who have been flying high in the tournament. Thanks to some great depth in the batting. along with a diverse bowling attack with five of their bowlers having picked more than 12 wickets, they've won nine of the 12 matches played so far.

Hello and welcome to our coverage of Match 63 with GT taking on table-toppers KKR. A win here will confirm a top-two finish for Shreyas Iyer's side who have been flying high in the tournament. Thanks to some great depth in the batting along with a diverse bowling attack with five of their bowlers having picked more than 12 wickets, they've won nine of the 12 matches played so far. Titans, on the other hand, have won just five games, and the maximum they can reach is seven - which is likely not going to be enough given their poor NRR. There has been some rain in Ahmedabad today. Let's hope it clears up in time.
