While people are debating whether the slap on Ruhi is domestic violence or not (IMO: It's not), let's delve into what can be held against Ruhi Birla for her heinous, borderline criminal acts before she goes and files a case against Vidya:

1 Fraudulent marriage: Ruhi Birla only intended to stay married to be near to ex lover via ex-lover's brother, whose death is due to her immoral love for his elder brother.

2. Mental harassment: Ruhi Birla harassing a MARRIED man despite him being uncomfortable af. Repeated emotional pressuring, repeated emotional manipulation. Heck, Ruhi Birla does not even SPARE his wife, who has repeatedly told her to STOP interfering in their matters

3. Vandalism: She broke Ab's mother's portrait despite not being a Poddar family member. Her husband is dead so she doesn't have any right to break existing Poddar family and their spouses objects.

4. Adultery: Sure, Ruhi Birla has not gotten to the physical part of it. But the way her antics are escalating up in the unhinged meter, yikes woh baat bhi door nahin. Besides, Ruhi is trying to have relations with a MARRIED man and trying hard to break his alliance with Ab (IMO, personally hope she succeeds because Ab deserves better than this man full of loser qualities). While she may disprove herself in the court of law, the society is not that forgiving.

5. Thievery: So not only Ruhi Birla is on the grand scheme of stealing Ab's husband, she is also steals Ab's dupatta with ARMAAN written in big letters (IMO which itself is atrocious but okay it befits Ruhi Birla's cringe personality).

6. Domestic Abuse: Ruhi's SCRATCH on Ar turned into a bruise, and she SHOVED Ab purposely and hurt her too.

Well technically they are not crimes but bad manners. Acchi parvish nahi mili Ruhi Birla ko (arrey from Goenkas and no one else!). Tsk tsk.

More than verbal abuse, she has a long nose to poke in other people's business and I really do not like how she gives herself the rights to get in between Ab and Ar.

I really want someone to break Ruhi’s delusional land so badly and show her the reality.. she deserves a real heartbreak… she has to learn that there are consequences for everything she does.. she just can’t do mistakes and blame it on everyone else.. if trauma is that bad, then put her in mental asylum and treat her.. not let her out in loose to meddle and play with others lives for her selfish reasons.. The Ruhi character is turning unbearable day by day..

Actually, that's what she's best at. Manipulating people to get her way out & eavesdropping. It's funny how she seems to listen to everyone's conversation !

We all know why she's staying in that house even after being slapped. She doesn't care about the family. She's only concerned about Armaan, & nobody else. Pure soul that she is..

EXACTLY. It's SO infuriating that Dadisa gives her so much priority just because she is RoPod's 'wife.' All her (delu)illusions will be shattered when she sees Dadisa gives no flying ducks for Ar. I can't wait for the Poddars to see how evil and rotten of a character she is when she asks for their blessings to get married to Ar. Her true face is not her beauty but actually her ugly and manipulative personality!

It appears that people take paraphilia so lightly. 😄 Peeping tom is a form of voyeurism. It is involved with s*xual gratification through observation without any consent. Also this kind of perversion is very much punishable if the person is reported/caught.  

So Ruhi does not display this kind of extreme behaviour at all. Makers' intention is to make Ruhi see Abhimaan scenes to show her emotional turmoil not this kind of behaviour.😃
