Yes if widows have no rights just because they married Rohith because of a motive then contract marriage walon ko pehle bhagana chahiye  As both married for some benefits. At least Ruhi is fulfilling her duties as bahu not disrespecting family members.

Its funny that this is the same forum, where it was discussed that Abheera should get her great grandmother's maternal property, but Ruhi has no right in her husband's house.

So both husband and wife are also responsible for this behavior. As they are feeding her delusions. If it was not Ruhi then his chitwali gf would have also suffered because of these dumb husband and wife.

3. Vandalism: She broke her mom's murderer's photo. She had no clue who is AB's mother. for her Akshara is her mom's murderer. Abhira and Ruhi have every right to treat the murderers of their mum like this what's wrong in that? For her, she is just a cold-blooded murderer and not a legacy kid.

4. Adultery: Ruhi has not committed any adultery. The promo speaks volumes that she wants to marry him in front of his family. The same Married Man Has he ever said he loved his wife? Does his wife have any idea what's gonna happen post 1 year? Just because he got emotionally blackmailed by the dying mother of FL that should not make him stay in a loveless marriage. He has every choice to end his contract marriage and choose whomever he wants. Also, he should stop feeding delusions. 

5. Thievery: Like how AB stealing Chitwali gf's boy friend from her even after seeing them hugging in hut, even giving hope to her you guys will meet someday. But AB is making full proof plan to break her heart without even trying to know what armaan wants. Even she is romancing him in her dreams even after seeing him hugging someone else in a house. Yikes!!!!

6. Domestic Abuse: Same as Abhira pushing Ruhi in the kitchen breaking her boxes etc. 

Update: If Ruhi does not have any rights just because she is a widow and she had a motive to marry Rohith then same way abhira has no rights as Armaan's wife. She married Armaan for protection and to complete her studies and she also humiliated Poddar's in public and Dadisa also got hit by a stone. At least Ruhi has not signed any contract papers and Rohith's brother was very well aware of her intentions. Guess what ? Rohith also knows her truth but he decides to let his wife have EMA with Armaan and let his brother betray his bhabhi rather than talking to them to stop. In a way, both brothers are using Ruhi to please one another. 

CONCLUSION: Both sisters are dumb and useless!! AB is useless and Ruhi is useless too.  Please makers send both to jail so that at least they can bond in jail and fight against Armaan Poddar.

both are being lawyers if they don't have official document to say their marriage is contract it will be shame on their professions. Here both agrees that it's just 1 year marriage. So obviously there should be a document else why will ppl stress on 1 year. Instead of saying you are just here for some years

As far as i understand, there is nothing called ''Contract Marriage '' in the eyes of Law. 

To legal papers kaha se ayenge ? 

This kinda marriage is null and void . They are stressing again n again on 1 year time period coz they have this mutual understanding among themselves, they are not husband wife per se, and will separate once the agreed time period is over. They wont exercise any rights on each other till they are together. These conditions are not recognised by the law . To documents kaha se paida karenge.Kuch bhi.

Armaan and Abhira will have to go to legal route and seek divorce if they want to separate. Its not like 1 year ke end hote hai they get automatically separated.

Lol……..anyone who watches the show regularly knows there is no contract paper vis a vis their marriage being a deal for one year. It is just verbal affirmation made under hostile environment by both the parties. If any of them wants they can go back on their words and the so called deal marriage will become a real marriage which it already is.

Not Ru nor Ab respected sanctity of marriage.

Both Ru and Ab married their respective husbands because of some other reason. One with a verbal deal and one with a plan to stay close to someone else.

The thing is in Ab's case it's not fraud as it was well known to her husband and they both came up with the plan.

But Ru in a way fooled Ro with marrying him and on the other hand setting eyes on Ar. Though it is Ar fault to ask her to marry ro but it was Ru who proceeded with it.

Ru ko sab mil jata, loving and caring husband and family lekin usne khud k pair par kulhadi maar li.

About widow rights, she never respected her husband, used him, planned to cheat, and made mockery of him and the marriage. And after his death (maybe) she is not living in PH out of respect for her late husband but to stay close to her bil.

Its just an assumption if they signed a mariage contract paper then divorce paper is not needed as their contract will end after one year.
