An outdoor party was going on.A lady was enjoying with her friends having wine and burger.She was Preeta.
She reached home.Her mother Sarla frowned.
Sarla:In your age,all women are married and have kids.But you are still partying with your friends.Are are interested only in photography.
Preeta:Photography is my job and passion.I am a professional photographer.Did I ever tell you that I will not get married.I am not getting married because I care only about my career.I am just waiting for my soulmate.
Sarla:How will you meet your soulmate?You have not met him till now.You are 33 years old now.
Preeta:When the right time comes I will meet my soulmate.I am sure.
Sarla:Stop this craziness and marry someone from the matrimonial site.
Preeta:Maa,I don't want to argue.Anyways to make you calm,I have brought something from the party specially for you.
She took a packet and served her KFC and cool drink.
Preeta:Here is your favourite food Maa.
Sarla got excited:Wow!My daughter has brought me yummy food.
Preeta smiled:Yes.
Sarla started eating it crazily.Preeta smiled happily.
Preeta woke up from her bed.Sarla came singing "Happy birthday to you.."Preeta was surprised.
Preeta:Maa,I forgot that today is my birthday.
Sarla:How will you remember when you are thinking only about photography.
Preeta smiled.
Preeta:I know that you are worried as tomorrow I am going on a 2 weeks trip.But what to do Maa?It's a professional trip.I need to travel to take good photographs.
Sarla:I know that beta.I am sad,but I am not interfering in your professional life.
I have baked a cake for you.
Preeta:Wow!You are so sweet Maa.
Preeta hugged Sarla.
Preeta cut the cake and fed it to Sarla.Sarla fed her back.
Sarla gifted her a camera.
Sarla:A birthday gift for you.
Preeta looked at the camera switching it on.
Preeta:This is so nice Maa.This is the best birthday gift.
Sarla:I know that camera is the best birthday gift for you.
Preeta smiled hugging her.
Preeta went for the trip.She visited many beautiful places and took many photographs.
After the trip she reached back home.
Somebody rang the calling bell.Preeta opened the door.She saw no one there.
But she noticed a cover there.She took it and opened it.
She could not believe her eyes.
Because it was a set of her photographs.
Preeta having icecream.
Preeta in the grocery shop.
Preeta eating food in the restaurant.
Preeta enjoying in the rain.

Preeta was surprised seeing the photographs.
Preeta:Who took my photographs without my own knowledge?Somebody is observing me so keenly.His photography is excellent.
Preeta was reading a book in the library.
Suddenly she heard someone calling her 'Preeta'.
She looked around.She did not see anyone.Suddenly she saw a camera on the table near by.Suddenly she remembered receiving photographs.
Preeta:Is that photographer here?Is he the one who who called me now?But where is he?
Preeta asked the librarian:Whose camera is here?Who is sitting here?
The librarian:It is my camera.Photography is my hobby.
Preeta walked out of the library in disappointment.Somebody came out of the washroom with a smirk.
He thanked the librarian:Thank you for lying for me.
The librarian:But don't expect me to lie always.Poor girl.
He smiled.
Preeta caught a taxi to go home.Suddenly she noticed that the taxi driver was wearing a mask.She found it strange.
Preeta:Why are you wearing a mask?
The taxi driver:I am having cold.The disease should not spread.I was caught with covid twice.So I need to be extra careful too.
Preeta:Ok.
When she reached her destination she got out of the car.
Preeta:How much should I pay?
Taxi driver:Nothing.It is free.
Preeta was stunned.
Preeta:Why is it free?Are you driving this taxi for free?
He:It is free for you as you are special Preeta.
Preeta was stunned:What?
Preeta:Who are you?You are the stalker who follows me everywhere and takes my photographs.Right?Remove your mask.
The taxi driver smirked saying:Bye Preeta!
He just drove away the car.
Preeta:Oh,I did'nt even note the car number.How foolish I am!But why is he following me?Is he my soulmate?Or is he a dangerous criminal?
