Who knows maybe she changed her mind. Though she should not have endorsed peta etc. it’s one thing to be vegetarian or turn vegetarian due to diet or whatever as a choice n then go back to being non veg or vice versa but once u endorsing something like peta or being veg or vegan  due to animals. 

KKK  claimed to be a pakka vegetarian after her entry into the Nawab household, even after becoming beghum 

All actors do that to get the Peta Man/Woman of the year title. They claim on camera that they've become a vegetarian, two months later Peta has a photo shoot with them then they go back to eating tangdi kebab.
