The next day
Prerna comes to the living room while Veena is washing vessels in the basin. Prerna hugs Veena from the back.
Veena: What's the matter? Did you wake up so early today?
Prerna: When did I sleep to get up early? The memories of the party never let me sleep for the entire night.
Veena laughs. Rajesh comes singing, "Mujhe neend na aaye."
He gives the newspaper to Prerna.
Prerna opened the pages of the newspaper to check on the party news.
Rajesh continues to sing and makes Veena dance with him, asking for a cup of tea while singing.
Veena: Fine, I will prepare a cup of tea.
Rajesh then asked Prerna sing-song, "What are you searching in the newspaper?"
Prerna: I'm searching to see if there was something about the party in the papers.
Rajesh laughed.
Rajesh: How will it come so soon? The party happened last night. It will take time.
Prerna: It is a huge party where major celebrities come to attend. It is a huge blast.
Veena called Prerna.
The latter said, "I'm coming."
Prerna continues: They captured photographs for every minute. My face started aching, keeping the smiles intact for every pic.
Anurag calls Prerna downstairs. Prerna comes to the balcony and sees Anurag wearing a dress he never wore before. Prerna sees that and laughs.
She asked, "What state have you made for yourself?"
Anurag: What's there to laugh? It is a stitched suit and is the latest style, much better than the style in your movies.
Prerna: But why did you dress like that today?
Anurag: Today is my birthday.
Prerna: I didn't remember that it was your birthday.
Anurag: I'm going to give you a birthday treat.
He takes Prerna to a luxurious hotel.
Prerna: Why are you taking me to such an expensive hotel?

Shekhar sees Rasgulla and says, "I asked for Gulab Jamun, but you brought Rasgulla."

Veena: Prerna likes Rasgulla, so I made.
Shekhar gets irritated. He said, "You focus more on Prerna than me? Am I an outsider? Am I not your son?"
Veena: No need to overreact. I will prepare Gulab Jamun for you tomorrow.
Shekhar: I want it today, or else I won't have food.
Rajesh: Why are you so adamant? Rasgulla is equally tasty. Just taste one and see.
While Rajesh was about to have one, Veena said, "You said just one. Why are you having the other one? The doctor told you not to have too many sweets."
Rajesh: Doctor, stop me from eating, and you stop me from drinking. It looks like all of you will stop me from living in this world.
Shekhar tried to put his hand in Rasgiulla's bowl.

She then tells Prerna, "I've prepared your favorite rasgulla."

Veena: I'm a fool to wake up early and spend six hours preparing Rasgulla. Your dad cannot have it as the doctor restricted him. You are refusing as you want to diet, and this VIP Shekhar doesn't like it. On top of that, Anurag says he isn't hungry.
Prerna: But Anuraj loves Rasgullas.
Veena: I don't know. I sent Shekhar to call Anurag, but he said he wasn't hungry.
Prerna goes to Anurag's room and sees him repairing the radio.
She asked, "Why didn't you come to the room for dinner?"
Anurag: I'm not hungry.
Prerna: What is the reason?
Anurag: Just like that.
Prerna: If you don't eat, even I won't eat.
Anurag: Why you don't want to eat?
Prerna: Just like that, but I'm hungry.
Anurag: Then why don't you have?
Prerna: Because I want to dine with you.

Anurag and Prerna are on the way to the dining room. Prerna, "Sometimes, I'm unable to understand your mood swings."

The next day, Bajaj takes Kamolika to the director while Prerna introduces Anurag. The director takes the screen test of Anurag and Kamolika and gets selected.

Anurag, Prerna, Bajaj, and Kamolika are at the shooting venue. Anurag and Kamolika shoot at different venues to deliver dialogues to each other.
Meanwhile, the ruffians go to the venue where Bajaj and Prerna are shooting.
The director said, "Ready, Action."

The ruffians mimic her, and Prerna gets distracted.

While they were acting, the ruffians still tried to come near Prerna. Bajaj loses his cool and thrashes them.
Bajaj dropped Prerna to her place, while Kamolika dropped Anurag.
Bajaj and Prerna meet. Both go home.
Anurag drank in frustration and said, "You are a goon outside and talk a lot of things but can't confess your feelings to a girl."

The shoot is over. Anurag comes home in a drunk state.
Anurag calls Prerna.
Veena: Prerna is sleeping.
Anurag: She slept so early.
Rajesh: She is exhausted after being in the shoot. Come here. Let's drink.
Veena: I don't know what pleasure you get in drinking.
Rajesh: Some drink to forget their old memories, while some drink to recollect their past, while others drink for enjoyment.
Anurag: If you don't mind, can I ask you something?
Rajesh: Sure.
