Bachchan had so many hit films Rajnikanth started re-doing them in his territory. Ranbir Kapoor has a worse BO record than Shashi Kapoor.....I do think Vicky is okay doing more supporting roles because he's become famous at a bit of an older age.

It is not the length of the role but the impact you leave behind. As hard as their fans might have a hard time swallowing it but Vicky was the show stealer in both Raazi and Sanju.

It was Raazi that changed things for Vicky. Women were gaga with Iqbal and Vicky's performance.

If you're cranking out 6 or 7 films a year, odds are you might get a hit or two along the way. That's not exactly an impressive track record; it's more like riding on the movie's content. What's your contribution to the box office numbers? One of his movies opened in the lakhs the same year – speaks volumes about his reliability.

As far as I know he did four films this year. Three of those films were hits. One was hardly promoted. 

Decent result. Could have done much better if the film weren't so painfully dull.

It would have done better had it been a solo release. It has no woman abuse masala that sold with uneducated masses. It was a historic educational film for those who want to know more about important historical figures. Vanga's trash sells unfortunately just like Saas Bahu sells. 

Clean hits are much better the semi-hits which is half of Ranbir's filmography.  ZHZB was a superhit.

Masaan is a cult classic.

Even Sadar Udham won a national award for best Hindi movie.

TGIF was rarely promoted.

 Vicky has 40 percent clean hit.

Uri, Sam and ZBZH are clean hits, Uri is a blockbuster and he won a national award for it.

Ranbir has 22 movies as a Male lead with only 4 clean hits.

Ranbir has a 18% clean hits.

Vicky averages a movie a year as a male lead since 2016.

Ranbir averages 1.2 a movie a year since 2007.

Imagine, being a huge nepo like him, gloating about being the actor that gets first dips for all movies and only have a 18 percent hit ratio. Ranbir is also another Shahidi. He has more in common with him in the box office than the Khans, Ajay or HR.  At least Shahid is more talented and versatile.

I was going to say please do not insult Shahid like that by comparing him to the overrated Kapoor lad. He is going to go down as the most overrated actor of the century. Shahid on the other hand is actually pretty underrated.
