These kinds of advertisements may do harm to women's health mentally and physically, especially to teenagers, when they are trying to achieve perfect appearance as perfect women depicted in advertisements. In this race women are competing women and harming each other.

Now the debate could be that women who are not in this race r part of this race also cutting necks of each other then look again why?

Men are the center of this as well, for their power and all they are misusing women, creating this ripple effect of hate and jealousy which is trickling down generation after generation.

You ladies are hitting the main target here but the question is how to solve this issue. That seems way too difficult than we can imagine.

Education makes a huge difference. The lack of resources and education with protective and equal legal rights makes a huge difference. BTW, education is not only college level as if I am opening a pandora box, then more educated women are the worst these days. Education with foresight and common sense is useless.

The media is playing a significant role in either perpetuating or challenging social norms and behaviors that condone violence against women. It is a platform for the objectification of women and girls, from everyday hyper-sexualised, one-dimensional images of women and girls to overt violence.Women's bodies are digitally altered to remove blemishes, lengthen legs, reduce waist and hips, and increase bust size. Basically showing a perfect image of a woman which is not true in real life.

Exceptionalism is everywhere, but the major thing is women are unable to grasp the rooted and deeper picture behind it.

Utilizing the voice, raising it to bring awareness, rising to the level of realizing the growing problem, cultivating the seeding plants of organizations for healthy benefits for women, research-based organizations working within the media and entertainment industry to engage, educate, and influence media producers to dramatically improve gender representation in films, to stop stereotyping girls and women, and to create diverse female characters in entertainment targeting children ages 11 and under. Same goes for offering educational programming for content creators, entertainment industry leaders, corporations, educational institutions, and individuals focused on gender equality and the use of non-stereotypical images of women and girls. It also brings awareness to this issue by promoting body confidence all over the world and making a commitment to never objectify women in their work and creating a video mocking the myriad ads that use women as sexualized props to promote their brands.

Social media should bring awareness rather than objectify the perfect image of women and girls. Different shows how women and girls are portrayed in media and advertising and the connections between sexual objectification and mental, emotional, and physical implications, including eating disorders, low self-esteem, sexual harassment, and violence.

Reporting media legally so women can put a stop sign to this nonsense once and for all.

No doubt, but education is not only by books and getting grades, which mostly are getting; that is another level of illiterate minds.

This got my attention. Splendid analysis why this pharase that women hates women is there and who put it there for their own good.

As individuals and especially women, we experience ourselves as the center of whatever social world we inhabit. We think that we are free and refuse to see that we are functions of our particular culture we live in. That culture no longer organically reflects us, it is not our sum total, it is not the collective picture of our creative possibilities rather it possess and rules us, reduces us, obstructs the flow of sexual and creative energy and activity, penetrates even into what Freud called the id, gives nightmare shape to natural desire. The media and the explicit form of women have been exploited through cultures and again few are getting benefit out of it.

The culture here in the States is not what we have in South Asia, but the mindset is the same. Trust me, under the umbrella of freedom the same concepts are ruling minds and media.

Well said

Our goals are simple enough to understand: we want to humanize the planet, to break down the structures which separate us as humans, the corporate structures which separate us into distinct classes, the racist structures which separate us according to skin color; to conserve air, water, life in its many forms; to create communities livable and habitable and above all are free, in which everyone has what he/she needs, in which only few do not accumulate power, or money, or goods, through the exploitation of others and especially women.

Idk about you but the women writers are exploiting women more. Some have strange minds or sadist to sick minds where they just present women lead as a sympathetic damsel to be loved by the negative main lead. That is sick to me.

[/QUOTErate

Corporate minds have done damage to societies and created classes by exploiting religion, customs, and blah blah. Your pink is way deeper than it comes out in the light. You know what I am saying.

Pretty much he trapped her in this web and there was no way out for her. Emotionally blackmailed her and very knew how much she loved her sister and could do anything for her.

Ah, Zoya

we know how much power he holds when it comes to exploiting emotions. That one part of him, I don't like.
