Apparently shoaib has cheated sania as divorce rumours r heard from 2002 n he is tweeting to sana from same year.
Its khula not talaq means sania divorced him n not other way round.
So he too was doing same having wife at home n muh marna outside.
Wasn't Sania playing tennis all over the world for years with Shoaib and her little son at home?

I have no idea. The reason for this rule is to make sure the woman is not pregnant at all. My guess would be that perhaps her ex had given her a verbal and religious talaq long ago and it was just finalized in terms of paper work. But it also depends on how rigid the Imam who did Shoiab and Sana’s Nikah was in following the rules or making exceptions.
They r already divorced. Khula is an instant process.
An application is written by wife stating grounds on why she wants a divorce. The husband accepts it n signs n wife also signs n one qazi accepts n it's full n final divorce done. Its practised in India too n has legal validity Muslim personal law is still valid .
Pakistan have Shariah courts where judge accepts the khula if husband is not accepting khula. Saw in "ae muste khaak " show..
How do you know these details? I watch a lot of dramas but it’s still very confusing with each of them coming up with their own rules.
