Having already confirmed their spot in the next round, India U-19 men's national cricket team will play the United States of America in their final group stage game. The reigning and record champions are unbeaten, thus far, in the ICC Under-19 Men's Cricket World Cup 2024, and will be aiming to keep their momentum going when they meet USA in Bloemfontein on Sunday, January 28.

India began their campaign against Bangladesh, with the two most recent champions of the competition kicking things off for Group A in South Africa. They beat their opponents by 84 runs to take a significant first step toward the Super Six round and confirmed their participation in it in the following match with a comfortable victory over Ireland.

USA, who are hosting the ICC T20 Cricket World Cup later this year, have had a torrid time at the U-19 tournament until now. They lost their opening match by seven wickets to Ireland and were thrashed by Bangladesh in a 121-run defeat.
